Part Eighteen: Falling In Love More?

As Sky was training and as she started to cry, Josh was talking to Ray about how Sky is doing and how well she is as an assassin.

"Boss, Sky is getting stronger, balanced, flexible, and better with her emotions," Josh said as they were walking to Ray's office to talk more about Sky and how well she's doing.

"That is good, really good. I am glad for her. I am sure she will be surpassing you in your rank," Ray said as he chuckled.

"Ray, to be honest with you, it would not surprise me if she did. Her determination is getting better, whether it is because of the king and prince or it is because of something going on in her personal life," Josh said as he looked at Ray.

"That is true, though you better still keep an eye on her, just in case she were to do something," Ray said as he looked back, "do not let her give up on anything."

"I will not let her give up on anything, even if she truly wants to give up. I will not let her fail herself and make her seem and think that she is not like she is not the confident, strong, heroic, beautiful lady that her family knows and loves," Josh said.

They get to Ray's office. They would talk for a few minutes, before Josh heads back to his room.

On Josh's way back to his room, he heard crying, yelling, and hitting. He runs to where he hears it. Once he gets there, he would hear and see Sky crying, yelling, and punching the dummy.

Sky had been hitting the dummy and letting her anger out. She didn't want to seem weak when she's crying.

Josh walks over to her and gently asked, "Sky? What's wrong?"

Sky heard him and stopped. She let her fist slowly fall down from the dummy, leaving a trail of blood. "T-The K-king kn-knows...th-the t-truth ab-about me," Sky managed to say through her crying.

Josh grabs her hands and sees that her knuckles were bleeding. "Let me bandage your fists and then you can tell me what is wrong," he said as he picked Sky up, knowing that she wasn't stable enough to walk.

Sky nodded as she let's him.

They get to the infirmary room so that Josh could bandage Sky's fists. Sky had calmed down a bit, but she was still crying and shaking. Josh put her down on the bed so that he could get the things.

"The king knows who I truly am. He knows that I am the girl who wanted to be a knight. He knows that I am the neice of Ri. He kn-knows something.." Sky said fast, but not fast to where Josh wouldn't understand her.

"Sky, he is probably bluffing about how he knows who you truly are. He probably wants to scare you," Josh said as he walked back over to her with the things. He cleans her fists.

Sky whinces a bit and said, "but it did not seem like he was. It felt like he truly knows who I am. He is also going to try to help me get away from Prince Flirty, which I doubt he would do if he did not know who I truly am. He also said that I was the most prettiest lady in the kingdom, which is not true."

Josh started to bandage her fists as he responded, "Sky, he wants to scare you and give you hope. He probably does know something that you do not know, but if he knows it, he would be blackmailing you"

"But what if he already is blackmailing me, but I just do not know that he is."

"Sky, do not let him get inside your mind. That is probably what he wants," Josh said as he finished up bandaging her fists. He goes and puts the rest of the things back.

"I am trying to keep him and what he said out of my mind. That is why I was crying and hitting the dummy.." Sky said as she mumbled the last bit.

"Ok," Josh said as he walked back over to her.

Sky looked up at him and would immediately look away as she made eye contact with Josh. She felt embarrassed.

"You good, little missy?" Josh asked as he got to her.

All Sky could do was nod. She was really red as this was the first time someone else saw her cry.

"Are you sure? You are red. Did you catch a cold?" He asked as he was generally worried and cared about Sky's well being.

"Y-Yeah. I-I a-am? N-No, I do-do n-not h-have a-a c-cold," she said as she got up and goes to leave.

Josh grabbed her hand. "Where are you going?" He asked, concerned. He wanted to know where she would be cause in case something would to happen.
