"Her highness has arrived"

I was sweating bullets and I feel like I'm going to hyperventilate because of the nervousness.

"Relax"

I said in my thoughts, of course, I didn't want to say that to her since I didn't want to seem rude.

"Wipe off your sweat, you also need retouching"

Elinna fixed my make-up and wiped away my sweat, she told me that I was about to wipe away my make-up on how hard I was wiping it, she spoke soothing words so that I could calm down.

"W-What if I make a fool out of myself?"

"You won't, just relax, think of it as a family reunion"

I ranted on how it was a big deal meeting a relative who was royalty, she also pointed out several times that I am also royalty, but I couldn't convince myself that I was, even if Lucianus also pointed it out.

"She's ready" Elinna whispered

The carriage door opened, the Knights all aligned bowing, their fist on their chest, I became more nervous seeing the grand sight on how they are all bowing towards me, doctor Edgar offered his hand in which I took, he helped me down the carriage, I looked mesmerized at how the front entrance of the Palace is so huge.

"May the Blessings of the Sun shine upon you"

It's a little ironic that I am a supposed princess and yet this is my first time stepping in royal ground or a Palace even though there's a Palace in the U.K. the Buckingham Palace and I've never even toured the place because of my laziness to travel, I've been in many places but never in the most iconic, notable landmark in all of U.K.

Funny, how I didn't want to see it but here I am now stepping on Royal Ground being hailed as a princess in a strange world.

"Walk straight, square your shoulders, hold your chin high"

I feel stiff.

"Very Good" Doctor. Edgar whispers in approval while we walk at the aisle of Knights bowing to me

Elinna is just behind me following, Fries is beside me synchronizing its step with mine, wait, the doctor is also mimicking my steps.

"Eyes in front of you princess"

"Oh, y-yeah" I looked in front of me.

Before we reached the Entryway inside the Palace the walk was a little too much, I don't need to have a grand walk, why is everything being complicated right now? I literally just walked to show myself off, I want to face-palm.

"Greetings to her royal highness"

"Um…"

"Just give a faint smile at the servants, then a short nod"

Now there's a beeline of maids and butlers here at the entryway, I want to scratch my head, but the Doctor is controlling me, telling me what to do as well as what not to do, is being a royal THIS difficult?!

The servants said in unison, perfectly harmonizing, talk about well practised already, we started walking again until we reached two golden double-doors, that had a sun symbol in the centre and two giant lions with wings on their backs facing the sun, mouths agape, the double-doors opened to reveal the throne room.

This is the throne room?! It was huge, the tall wide pillars are marbles, with decorations of gold plating, I think there are also jewels stuck inside the pillar since it's sparkly, the gold curtains that decorate the ceiling look soft to the touch, my eyes land to the ceiling,

It was a marbled ceiling with paintings of Lions the centre of the ceiling had people on it the Kings and Queens?

They look like Kings and Queens judging on how regal they look, I can't miss the crown on their heads as well, but what caught my eye is their weapons presented forward forming a circle, a symbol of unity perhaps?

Mythical beast is also beside them, the blond dude has the winged lion beside him, the one with orange hair had a silver giant wolf beside her, the one next to the orange hair had an eagle its wings spread wide behind him, the next one had a unicorn, the last one is a little intimidating.

Is that a blue snake or something? I squinted my eyes to see better.

"Your highness, please look in front of you"

"Huh?!" I jumped at the doctor's voice,

I was so occupied looking at the ceiling that I didn't notice that we were already in front of THE EMPEROR, he was smiling at me amused.

('Princess, remember what I have told you before, do not bow down to the Emperor')

Then what am I supposed to do?!

('When I drop my arm down, let go of me, the Emperor is your uncle, so maybe you should hug him?')

You're kidding right?!

('Anything is fine, except for bowing down to him')

He drops his arm, I obliged and took my hand away from him, he then steps back and kneels on one knee his fist to his chest,

"Greetings to his majesty Emperor Cailum"

I was standing still, screaming inside my mind, I wanted to panic, but I know I shouldn't since I'm going to make a fool out of myself if I did, which the doctor also said to me in my mind, so I just stood still with a forced smile on my face.

"May the Blessings of the Sun shine upon you, Emperor Cailum"

I couldn't help but turn around to see Elinna as well as the Commanders and Knights behind me, all bowing to the Emperor, fist on their chest, the servants also bowed their heads not looking anywhere but the floor.

What the hell am I supposed to do?!

I'm the only one who's standing inside the throne room, I don't know what I look like but I think it's ranging from looking like an idiot or someone who just wandered inside the wrong room, I pursed my lips gulping.

"..."

The Emperor is watching my every move, scrutinizing me, this wouldn't be hard if he said something first, but if he isn't saying anything then I should say something, but what? What am I going to say?

"..." I swallowed a lump of saliva then smiled at him "G-Greetings U-Uncle" my voice came out small and the frightened tone could be heard.

"HAHAHAHA!"

Seraphine Armaclei being a clown in front of the Emperor, headlines tomorrow, the princess made a fool out of herself by casually greeting the Emperor calling him Uncle.

I wanted to cry, I'm overthinking scenarios inside my head, my anxiety is also off the roofs.

When the Emperor calmed down he stood up, I got startled at his sudden action, he went towards me towering over me, I think he has the same height as Gabriel, Doctor Edgar and the Commanders 6 ft. in height

"I'm glad that you decided to call me 'Uncle' my dear niece"

I stiffen in his sudden embrace, I then let out an awkward laugh slowly wrapping my arms around his waist, I felt awkward, he then pulled away a bit before smiling at me, I gave a small smile at him too.

"Welcome to the Sun Empire"

"T-Thanks?"

"I want to hear what happened to you when you arrived here"

What am I going to tell him? I was mostly asleep when I arrived here, I do remember what happened to my world, but here? Not a single thing, Lucianus and the Doctor are the two that told me how I arrived here.

He let's go of me then wraps his arm behind my back guiding me to turn around, the Emperor scanning the entire room full of Knights, Servants, Doctor Edgar and Elinna.

He needs to make them stand already, kneeling like that is tiring.

"All may rise!"

I am astounded by how unified they all stood, as well as the servants looking up towards us, is being one of the common people required being in sync when they are seeing the Emperor? As well as harmonizing their greetings?

Just, Wow!

"I expect to have a report on everything Commander Raulyn Fort as well as Commander Alfonso Collins"

"Yes, your majesty" both of them salute

"As for the good doctor, you can go and rest"

"Thank you, your majesty"

"...Now then, who is this young lady here?"

"Her name is Elinna, I want her as my lady-in-waiting"

"You do know that she is a-"

"Yes" I cut him off "I don't care what her status is"
