Change : Unity

Waking up in my new bed I noticed something odd. My shadow loomed over me, pinning me down. It did nothing as its hollowed eyes watched me for what felt like hours. Then it started to inch closer to my face, once our faces were nearly touching, it whispered. "succumb to sin, child of blood." The door opened and light flooded in, making the shadow vanish. "Time to eat Kazaki" May cheerfully said "One second"

Walking down the steps I saw everyone seated at the table, as May prepared food in the other room. I took a seat next to Ben "Good morning Kazaki, did you sleep well?" He asked "Not really, It was had to sleep and I had an odd dream." I answered, "Tell me about it." "well, I don't remember it that well, all that comes to mind is a figure towering over me." I replied "Well that is an odd dream. Well, today is gonna be a busy day, we'll have lots to do." "Ok"

After breakfast, Ben went out to the car with Peter to drop him off at school. May came my way, "Well, we should get ready to leave." She told me "Why?" I asked "We have to get you more clothes and items for your school, now let us go get ready" "Alright"

After 50 minutes 30 of which were waiting for May to get finished were ready to set off. After some time we arrive at the store, she brought me down to the clothing area and helped me pick some stuff "Alright, now let's get supplies for school." May said, "Could we pick up something before that." "what could that be?" "I need new glasses, they broke in the car crash." "Oh sure we can do that, you should have told me sooner."

we arrived at the eye-ware part of the store and I noticed that May was looking at someone as if she knew them. "Lydia, is that you?" She asked the woman presumed to be Lydia "Hmm, yes that's me. Do I know you?" Lydia Answered then asked "It's me, May Parker. I helped with your husband at the hospital, remember. It's been a couple of years." May replied

They kept on talking for a while but I did notice a girl that seemed to be around my age standing behind Lydia. She took notice of me after a bit then flashed me a small smile. "Hello, I'm Falicia Sara Hardy and you are?" She questioned, "I'm Nashi Kazuki Zankoku, but you can just call me Kazuki." I replied, "Well you can call me Felicia and it's nice to meet you." "same to you," I said, "You have odd eyes, why are they gold and you have white streaks in your hair." "My hair and eyes changed after an accident, the doctor said it was uncommon but can happen." I answered "Oh, that's new. I haven't heard of that before."

My focus was switched to the man at the register as he came around and handed me a pair of glasses "thank you" "you are welcome" He said kindly "Well, Lydia it was good talking to you. We should meet up another time." May said as she handed the cashier the money "Yes we should and I see your boy got along well with Felicia. I will bring with next time" "Ok, we'll talk later"

We arrived home shortly after the conversation. I made my way down to the kitchen to get something to drink. As I tried to climb the counter to get a cup I fell with one in my hand and I shatter giving me multiple cuts across my hand arm. As I was about to call for May I noticed that I was healing at a fast rate. When she came all the blood had vanished and only thing left from my fall was the broken glass.
