Chapter 56. Joke

Kenanga was already crying, begging Louis not to throw her away. He still kept trying to get away from Kenanga, who asked for his engagement. It felt like Lou's plan to get Claire back felt far from hope.

"Please, Lou, don't leave me!" Louis quickly jerked his hand and walked away. He endured anger and sadness because of his wrong actions so far. And Kenanga left crying hard to herself, regretting everything in the past.

The next day, Gerald's entourage was forced to board a commercial plane instead of private flights to ward off company employees' suspicions about Arjoona and Claire's relationship. The four of them were seated in the first-class over 17 hours to Heathrow Airport, England.

Arjoona was now sitting quietly alone because Claire chose to sit with her grandfather. All first-class seats have been obtained by Gerald to make them feel comfortable as if they were on a private plane.
