~writer note... There are two leads in this, Charlie Rose and Acr Bennett. The chapter title will tell you from who's perspective it's from. Happy reading uwu 😊~
My entire life has been mostly normal. Every day I wake up, go to school, work out, hang out with friends, you know, normal stuff.
Some days I'll have problems with my mental health. It's one of my biggest problems.
But today, I felt like making a good example of myself. I braided my long, thick, brown hair, put some extra effort into my makeup, and wore jeans with a pale pink tank top.
I clumsily tripped down the stairs like normal, drank a quick smoothie, and ran outside to the bus, almost forgetting my backpack on the way.
All the sophomores share the same bus, cause for whatever reason there are only eighteen of us. I'm okay with that, except for the fact that there are fifteen boys, and only three girls, including me. The other two sixteen year old girls, Symone and Jessica, are my good friends. While Symone is the popular girl, and Jess is the smart one, I'm the hot mess.
Because of that, I'm always late, so thankfully the bus tries to get to my house early to wait for me. Today I was only a minute or so late, so as the doors swung open, I jumped inside.
Immediately I was smothered by everyone on the bus. This was unfortunately normal.
"Ow! Ow! Get off me!" I huffed as seventeen people attempted to climb over each other.
I had only started this school a few weeks ago, so I was the fun new gal to mess with, but I don't mind. Especially when Jacob, the sweetest, cutest guys would always help me up.
He offered his hand, "My lady, " he joked.
I rolled my eyes and giggled, but still blushed a bit, "My lordship."
He graciously pulled me up and sat next to his friend, Andrew. I basically fell, as the bus flew down the street, onto the seat next to Symone.
Both of us turned to face Jess, "Did you guys see that!" I whisper squealed.
They both smiled and rolled their eyes, "You do realize that happens every day, right?" Jess responded.
"And I overheard him tell Andrew on the way here that he fancied Lynn. Like you didn't know that already, " Symone told me.
Lynn was a year older than us, and she was the eye of the whole school. She was the hot, smart, sweet, perfect girl every guy dreamed of.
"Don't ruin the moment for me, " I complained, " but I guess he doesn't matter, since I'll be outa here in a week or two, I never last over two months anyway." this was said with much fake cheeriness.
Jess made a pouty face, "but you can stay here for longer if you want! That's always a choice, right?" she nudged Symone.
"Hmm? Oh, right! If you just stay cool, and lay low a bit, you won't get kicked out!"
All my life, I've been the rebel. I'm the middle of three siblings, an older brother, and a younger sister. My brother, Nate, always has good grades, he has a well paying job, and not to mention a great lady charmer. Amanda, my sister, is the little princess angel. She will always be perfect and right in my dad's eyes. Me on the other hand, can't stay in the same school for long. I'll make friends, try to get decently popular, get a crush, stupidly do something, usually slightly illegal, and get kicked out. It's already halfway through the second semester, and I'm on my third school, usually I've been through five by the end of the year.
I sighed off the topic and continued to chat with my new friends.

About four hours later was lunch. The three of us got our most likely radioactive glop if mush, and sat at our usual table with Jacob, Andrew, Lynn, and some other friends.
We were all just chatting together when Lynn squeezed, "Guys! I just realized Charlie hasn't been to any of our special parties yet!"
Everyone gasped in unison as I cocked my head to the side, "what kind of party?" I asked curiously.
Lynn grinned and ignored the question, "We don't need to plan much, is everyone open tonight?"
The girls cheered and the boys grinned and smiled at my confusion.
"Then boom. It's settled, let's meet at my place at seven, then I know a place to go, " Lynn puller out her phone and texted out a reminder to everyone.
As we all walked away after the bell rang, I asked Symone and Jess, "So what exactly does this part mean?"
"We'll explain on the bus, " they smiled.

After an eternity of three hours, I turned to my friends on the bus, "Explain yourself!"
"Fine, fine, you don't got to be so demanding!" Jess smiled and shook her head.
"Ok, so, this is where your hot mess gots to shine through, " Symone explained, "the party itself has some booze, games, and usually at Lynn's house when her parents are gone."
Jess quickly said, "Now don't go blabbing to anyone about me going. I don't go to them, I'm trying to stay a good person."
Someone rolled her eyes, "Yeah yeah, but here, I'll face time you when we both get home to show you what to wear."
~on the face time~
"So, what to wear?" I asked.
"I couldn't day this in front of Jess, otherwise she'd freak and make not to." Someone explained.
"Cool, but what?"
She sighed, "Ok, short crop top, small shorts, hot panties, a bit more makeup than that, keep the braids, shave everything, and do your nails, " she sucked in her breath, waiting for me to react.
"Got it, so it's that kind of party? Cool, and by the way, if you were nervous about how I would take it, then you have seriously underestimated me, " I laughed, " I mean, why do you think I was kicked out of so many schools?"
She sighed in relief, "Good, then you know what to do, right?"
I smiled, "Hell yeah I do!"
