The Right Medicine at the Right Time

"Where are you going? We haven't even finished all this yet." Evan felt dumped repeatedly by Luci. "You can't just leave me like this, like this." Just like he is a woman that loses her virginity after one night's lovely stand, and then is left.

Lucy didn't answer. She preferred to remain silent and tried hard to keep moving and left Evan.

"You said you wouldn't back down. You just said all that today. Even if your heart starts to waver, isn't it too early?" Evan was choking and could barely make a sound. All the memories of ten years ago seemed to hit him hard. For some reason, Evan always had the belief that Luci rejected him because of his bad body shape. That body shape covers his entire body.

Luci pulled her wrist so she could get out of Evan's grip. In this rage (and in the weakness that was wracking Evan's heart) Luci was able to lift him for a moment, though in the end he stumbled and collapsed on the couch.
