The next day when Mei Wang woke up, he tried to remember what happened last night. Slowly memories started returning into his mind. He remembered about some boy whose name was Parti or was it Patty? Anyway, that was not important to him.
He found that the boy from last night was not there. It was not a new thing, sometimes David collected them without waking him up.
He looked around his room, everything except his bed was neat and clean. It was probably done by his staff. All of them were loyal to him and never spoke a word against him outside. After all, with the amount of salary they received at the end of every month, they most probably have their servants by now.
He got up and checked his phone. He saw that he got a text sent by David.
He looked into it and found that the boy had gone missing. He was furious, he threw the phone away. He could not believe it. It happened again. He thought it would be successful this time. But everything got ruined again. For the last two years, every time he tried to do something like this, the person would never show up. The thing David mentioned had happened two years ago.
Since then he could only do it with people who gave their consent.
But whenever he tried to have fun with his 'things,' they always ran away or never showed up at all. In David's words, 'They got kidnapped on the way.'
It was becoming more and more difficult for him to arrange more boys and girls like them nowadays. His human trafficking business was facing losses with each passing day.
It was not good for his business but he didn't have the energy to find him. He had not forgotten his main plan to seduce Luo Li.
He had to go and see Luo Li. He thought, 'Forget it, he probably died somewhere with his injuries. It's not like he can tell the place where he was held captive.'
His men always remembered to never mention the name of the place in front of them, not even on the phone or to each other. But the police had already found his many places. He didn't know how it was happening.
Mei Wang could never know that there were some strange creatures who were always keeping an eye on him. Those creatures were in different forms. Like the ant that was on the ground or the little hummingbird that sat outside the window of his bedroom.
Every time he went somewhere these creatures were there. The real form of these strange creatures was a snake. They were sent by someone Mei Wang thought was dead…..
He started his car and went towards Mei Mansion to meet Luo Li but he ignored the black snake lying under his backseat monitoring every move made by him...
He went to the Mei mansion with a bouquet in his hands. When he entered the living room he was greeted with the sight of Mei Wei resting his head on Aman's shoulder and discussing something with Luo Li. He thought, 'This boy doesn't even know that his class is much higher than these cheap servants!!' He went over to where all of them were sitting.
They looked at him questionably. But he was only looking at Luo Li. He smiled and started sweetly complimenting her "Oh! Miss Li, you are looking more beautiful today. Here is the bouquet which is not as beautiful as you."
Luo Li displayed her beautiful and charming smile and accepted the bouquet, "I am flattered, Mr Mei."
Mei Wang said again, waving his hand, "You can call me Mei Wang, I will be honoured."
Luo Li giggled and replied, "Then, you can also call me Luo Li."
Hearing their conversation, Mei Wei felt nauseated. He looked at Mei Wang coldly, "Why are you here? Don't you think coming all the way here to only give a bouquet to sister Li is a bit unnecessary?"
Mei Wang gazed at him and said, "Who said that I am only here to present a bouquet to Luo Li? If you have forgotten I am also the co-owner of this house and I want to live here."
Mei Wei did not imagine that after fraudly taking the position of co-owner of the house Mei Wang would dare to live in the house.
Mei Wei was enraged, he yelled, "You can't. You can't live here at all. This house is given to me by Grandpa. I am the owner of this house. You can't live here. I don't want to face you daily. Get out of here now."
Mei Wang snorted, he folded his arms, "I won't. I will live here and you can't throw me out legally. What's more, Luo Li and I are collaborating on a business deal and if I live here negotiation will be easier for us."
"Now go away! I don't want to see you cry in front of me that how I took the house your Beloved grandpa left for you. Go away foolish boy! And remember not to blindly trust anyone. Emotional fool!!"
Mei Wei lunged at Mei Wang and held him from his collar. After seeing this Mei Wang was enraged too. Mei Wang threw a punch at Mei Wei's face.
Mei Wei staggered a bit but Aman held him back. Luo Li also caught Mei Wang's arm. She told Aman, "Aman take him to another room and calm him down." Aman nodded and forcefully pulled Mei Wei into the nearest room.
He made him sit on the couch and hastily pulled the first aid box. There was a cut on Mei Wei's cheek because of Mei Wang's ring. Mei Wei was still muttering to himself, "What does he think of himself? How can he live here? I won't let him. I won't." Mei Wei was shaking his head continuously; it was difficult for Aman to bandage him.
Aman held Mei Wei's unscathed cheek with his hand and said, "My prince, please look at me." Mei Wei looked into Aman's eyes, he started to calm down. Seeing that Mei Wei was a little calm, "Now, first let me treat your wound and then we will talk about it. Okay?"Mei Wei nodded, and then Aman started bandaging his cheek.
He sat on the couch with him and put his arm around Mei Wei's shoulders. Mei Wei relaxed into Aman's embrace. Aman said, "I know you don't like it a bit that he wants to live here. I too don't like it at all. But it's also the truth that he can live here legally. We can't stop him." Mei Wei tried to argue but Aman put his finger on Mei Wei's lips, he continued, "Although we don't like it at all but remember every cloud has a silver lining."
Mei Wei was confused, he didn't think there could be any silver lining. But seeing Aman's serious face he felt some assurance. He puffed his cheeks and pouted, "What is it?"
A pouting Mei Wei was looking very cute, like a small child who was told that he must eat green vegetables because they were healthy for the body.
Aman pinched his nose and said, "My prince, think about it. That Mei Wang has tried so many times to plot against us and last time he almost won. Now if he lives here we can keep an eye on him. I know you would feel unhappy but always remember we both have each other."
Mei Wei had completely calmed down now. He thought about what Aman said and felt what Aman had said was reasonable. After thinking about it silently for a few minutes, he said, "Okay, let him live here. But I don't want to see him, you have to accompany me everywhere so I can't see his face."
Aman agreed instantly, "Okay, okay I accept."
When Mei Wei wanted to show him his new Gym equipment and went to look for it. Aman heaved a sigh of relief. He had thought that it would be a little difficult for him to persuade Mei Wei but he hadn't expected that Mei Wei would agree this easily with him. He thought that Mei Wei was a lovable person.

The next day Mei Wei felt a little cold so he didn't come for breakfast downstairs instead Aman was preparing soup for him.
He was in the kitchen. The soup was almost prepared when suddenly Aman's wrist started to itch very badly. He knew what was happening. His itching wrist was a sign of 'that.' He had to go now.
He hastily turned off the gas stove and went to the nearest room. There he closed all the windows and doors. He was wearing a full-sleeved white shirt and dark forest green trousers. He uncovered his right-hand wrist.
Suddenly a gold bracelet appeared on his wrist. The bracelet was 2 inches wide. The bracelet had little red stones around it. On the front side of it, there was a chain with little gold stones, that was connected with the ring on Aman's middle finger. On the other side, a half an inch wide chain was coiled around his arm like a snake tail. This bracelet was glowing in the dark and had the most beautiful runes on it.
On the centre of the bracelet, there was a symbol. In this symbol, a snake was coiled around a half-moon. The snake's hood could be seen on it. This was the symbol of their great Vasuki Clan of Ichadhari Nagas. The bracelet had beautiful leafy and vine carvings and runes on it.
This bracelet had two purposes. The first was that it served as a piece of magnificent jewellery. And the second one was it also worked as a communicator for Aman.
He tapped on the symbol and the image of Nagaraja appeared in front of Aman. Nagaraja was in their usual royal self. Any trace of emotions was difficult to find. But after knowing them for so many years Aman could see traces of worry in Nagaraja's eyes.
Aman greeted him, "Greetings, Imperial Father." Nagaraja blessed him. Aman asked, "Father, may I know why you called me, urgently?"
Nagraja started speaking, not too slowly nor too fast, but Aman knew it was something extremely important that needed his utmost attention, if Nagraja himself called him, "Aman, This King is aware that you shouldn't be called without an urgency, but this thing is important. I thought you had the right to know about it. I could not help but worry about it."
Nagraja's words rang a bell in Aman's ears. Nagraja's words were not normal. Aman was worried now too. He requested, "Nagaraja, please tell me what happened? You are making me worried sick."
Nagraja started speaking, "Aman hear me first completely only then react. Okay?"
At Aman's nod, Naagraj continued, "Aman your toe rings have been stolen."
Hearing this Aman was stunned. He couldn't believe it. His toe rings were the most precious...
