Dark & Complete Bind
The remaining Golems started to use the move 'Sandstorm'. 'Sandstorm' was terrain changing move and it was also a kind of weather move. The move could change the battle but it would be especially disastrous if it was used in a closed space like inside the cave because the opponent would not have any place to hide and run.
Even with a tier 3 king-rank Pokemon, Slowemperor, the battle may have turned for the worse but as soon as the leader went down, the rest of the Golems didn't know what to do for a few seconds.
Axel knew that he would not get the time like this. He immediately told Venusaur to use the move 'Deep forest emergence'. 'Deep forest emergence' was a pre-domain move. It would not only trap the opponents but also suck the life force of each of them very slowly.
But recently, the move had been upgraded even more. The rate of sucking their life force has changed to sucking their energy. This might look weaker as sucking their energy would not decrease their health but there were some other differences too.
While sucking the energy, Venusaur could do it faster than sucking the life force. This would not only increase and replenish its energy to battle further but also with this, Venusaur would increase the power of its attack.
But the later part where it could increase the power of its attack was something that it was still working on. Venusaur slowly started to become like the second Hashirama.
Grass type moves were super effective against Golem and after using this, the pseudo-king rank Golems could not attack. After that it directly used 'Razor leaf', 'Energy ball' and 'Sludge bomb' to finish all those remaining Golems.
After getting its job done, it turned towards the king-rank Golem who was barely alive.
"Venusaur, don't kill it. Use sleeping power on it and make it sleep. I want to test something.", said Axel.
Venusaur followed Axel's command and now the king-rank Golem was seriously injured and also in a very deep sleep.
Since the battle had progressed so quickly, Axel could not check the status page of these Golems. If these Golems died, Axel would not be able to check its moves and mastery of ability, hidden ability, and body stats.
The system would just show that the target was dead. So, he told Venusaur to not kill this Golem.

Now, this was quite interesting. This Golem new 3 new moves. It had created those new moves itself. He saw the same on that Poliwrath. Creating a new move was not a joke. Axel and his Pokemon could do it due to the system. But wild Pokemons?
Axel knew that something was fishy here. He looked at the description of those moves. 'Ground king domain' was a classic 'pre-domain' move. There was nothing new about it. But the next 2 moves shocked Axel to the core.

Super hard defense: The user would be immune to any physical attacks and 80% of special attacks for 10 seconds. This would consume 80% of the remaining stamina of the user. This move has a cool down of 24 hours.
Complete Bind: The user is bounded by the great one. The user will have to follow anything the great one says or even think or desires. In return, the hidden potential of the user will massively increase and there is a big chance for the user to unearth a unique talent.

'Super hard defense' was a very simple name but its effects were not simple. On the contrary, it was just absurd. Even though it could only block 80% of the special attacks and it would be susceptible to any status moves, the move would make the user immune for 10 seconds.
That means the user would be invincible for 10 seconds. Even the moves like 'Protect' could not make the user immune. 'Protect' would increase the defense of the user massively, but it would all depend on the mastery of the move and the attack power that it was defending.
Axel just could not wrap his head on how that was possible but he realized it when he saw the description of the passive move.
It was basically a slave contract. He didn't know who the great one was but he could now be confirmed that there was someone controlling all these Pokemons to its will. If this great one even thinks that this Golem should die, then the Golem would follow it. But in return, the hidden potential of the Golem would increase and it would also have a unique talent.
'Super hard defense' must be its unique talent. But Axel didn't know what a unique talent really was.

Axel didn't have the time to ponder on it. All of his mind was now on this great one. If this great one could control all the Pokemons like a slave then doesn't that mean that all of these Pokemons in the cave could attack them if it wanted?

"Moreover, doesn't that mean that the great one could also make us its slaves?", asked Krishna.
He was now discussing this issue with Krishna. All of them have returned to their so-called base. They had also taken 5 Golems with them to fill their stomach.
Golems were mostly made of rocks and more than 50% of their body was made of rocks. But the rest of the 50% could be eaten. It was just that shaving those rocks would take a lot of time. But they could not complain. The food reserve would go down slowly and in a week or two, they would have to rely on Pokemon meat.

"I will set up this training as soon as possible.", said Krishna and started to go forward to inform the team.
Axel called out Golem from a master ball. This was the king-rank Golem that he had caught. It was already going to die and Axel didn't want to cure it. He wanted to test something.
He looked at its status page again and noticed that nothing had changed.
'So, making it my Pokemon would not change anything, huh', sighed Axel.
This was his plan. If these Pokemon had unique talents and they were so powerful, then he planned to catch a lot of them for himself and his team members for the upcoming tide.
But even after catching it, it was still serving the great one. So, it was still the slave of the great one and Axel could not use it anyway.
Suddenly he remembered something.
"Roshan, come over here.", shouted Axel to Roshan.
Roshan was now an outcast and nobody talked to him. He was also given very little food and water after Krishna insisted to treat him more humanly. All of the team members were angry at him and as of right now, Roshan just wanted to kill himself for being so stupid.
So, when Axel called him loudly, he believed that his time had come. He never thought that he would die like this.
He carefully and slowly walked towards Axel and said, "Sir, after I die, please send some money to my family. I have a daughter and a wife and I am the only earner."
"Huh? What the hell are you saying? No one is dying under my watch. Now, call out that Poliwrath that you caught just now. I want to see something.", said Axel.
"Huh? Oh, that is why you called me? Certainly sir.", said Roshan clearly surprised by Axel's reply. He had not expected that Axel cared so much about him. Roshan respected Axel even more now.
"Come out, Poliwrath."

It had healed a lot inside the master ball. It was now ready to get its revenge but Venusaur was quick to the task. It used 'Vine whip' to restrain Poliwrath. A weak pseudo-king rank Pokemon could not do anything to a tier 2 king-rank Pokemon.
Axel inspected the status page and especially went to its passive move to see its description.

A lot of things were going on in Axel's mind right now. 'Dark binding' was just a worse version of 'Complete binding'. The user would only have to follow one command of great one and the hidden potential will only increase not massively increase.
Also, the user will not be able to gain a unique talent in this passive move.
So, the great one also had control over the Pokemon outside of the cave. But the control was not as strict as those inside the cave. Did that mean there was something in this cave that increased its control?
Or is this an issue of the range? Because if this is the issue of the range of its abilities, then Axel could catch these Pokemons and these Pokemons could be used when they get out of this island.
A lot of things were going on Axel's mind and it was when Absol came along to hear the strong of his recent encounters.
"Axel, I don't know much about what you are saying but I can say one thing for sure on this.", said Absol. Its face was filled with excitement and happiness. It looked like Absol must have found some sort of answer to get out of this cave.
"What are you sure about? Tell me quickly!!", shouted Axel hurridly.
"The great one must be a dark-type Pokemon."
