The Monster In Me

Brutal.

It was brutal.

This place had become a battlefield. Blood had spilled and it fell like a waterfall. It stained the ground red.

Due to the fact that the ground was made of ceramic instead of soil, the blood did not seep into it, but pooled, creating puddles of red sea.

The siblings never stood a chance.

The moment Caleb moved, it was over for them. Luo Yi was stunned. He was too powerful. How could he be?

She had been his sparring partner for years before and she had never seen something like this. Had he been holding back? Even if he did, she still couldn't beat him back then.

In just the matter of seconds, two heads rolled on the ground and blood spurted from their severed bodies.

And Caleb wasn't even breathing hard.

"See, you don't have to worry so much, Princess," Caleb flicked the swords in his hands.

One was hers and the other one was the scimitar he just picked.
