First Trip to Eden

Tanya was walking aimlessly at the marketplace. Her mind was clouded with depression. They knew she was alive, that meant that the mission had to go on.

How could they slip a spy in here? How could they go through the border without being noticed?

No.

The right question should be…

Why would they keep track of her? She was just a nobody!

She felt like crying again. Her eyes were puffy from crying all night. She wasn't sure if she had any tears left to spill.

How could she kill Luca?!

How--

An arm wound around her neck and another hand went for her mouth, preventing her from screaming.

Tanya struggled in the assailant's grip but the guy was strong. He dragged her into the dark alley between houses before releasing her.

Shoved to the ground, Tanya coughed and sucked in as much air as she could. Finally she was able to breathe again.

"Who--" She gasped out. "Who are you?"
