Brief Overview

Time passed by quickly.

Since I had already dealt with each and every member of HYDRA all at once a while back, there were no members left to initiate the Project Insight and use the Zola Algorithm. So, the events of Winter Soldier didn't occur.

Speaking of the Winter Soldier, I thawed out Bucky and using my version of the mind stone, removed the conditioning that HYDRA had on him. I tried to retrieve the other Winter Soldiers that were made from the Super Soldier Serum that Howard Stark made, but they were too far gone mentally, as the biological structure of their brain itself was significantly changed, making them no longer humans capable of rational thought. All they worked on was instinct they developed as HYDRA's willing soldiers, which would be less than ideal to leave in the world.

So, after stealing Bucky from the Siberian Facility, I peacefully devoured the frozen bodies of the other super-soldiers, along with all their DNA samples, before giving Fury the locations of all HYDRA bases.

50% of HYDRA's resources were now mine, while the rest was divided between SHIELD and though they trusted.

After a few months of therapy under the mind stone, and stabilizing the super-soldier serum in his blood, I sent Bucky back to his buddy, Steve Rogers, who was more than happy to see his friend safe and sound.

The world was relatively peaceful. With HYDRA gone, and many high-level political leaders replaced with my clones, the world was slowly getting back to peace.

Without HYDRA creating wars to suit their purpose, and promote their ideas, the world economy calmed down.

However, the darkness in the hearts of people will never fade away.

Over the next year, in an attempt to train Emily, I had her train with Mat Murdock the Daredevil, as he went around playing vigilante in Hell's Kitchen.

Emily had been a huge fan of superheroes from young, and after seeing her father being one of the best and strongest, she wanted to become one as well.

After getting her wish, she finally understood the hardships that were needed for a superhero to continue balancing their professional lives, superhero lives, and their personal lives.

Since she was just a young girl in high school, I didn't allow her to reveal her identity to the world, at least not yet. She wasn't strong enough. But I did leave that decision up to her, if she wanted to reveal her identity to the world, she could do it, but only after she was powerful enough to be a planetary threat-level superhero. Now she was just a city-level hero, and if push comes to shove, she could be a state-level hero, but she still had a long way to go.

In a brief time of peace, I finally decided to have another child, well my first biological child. Seeing as the world would be at peace for the next decade at least, bringing a child into the world would not be so bad.

So, after 10 months of wait, Lily finally gave birth to a cute little baby boy, who was aptly named Samael.

Lily, thought it was cute, seeing as their child would follow the same naming sense as his father.

Turns out, the old cliché of having an overpowered father resulting in an equally overpowered child was true.

Just a year into his life, Samael was able to teleport around, shoot lasers out of his eyes, travel across multiple dimensions, turn invisible, use telekinesis to play with his toys, manipulate energy to his will (basically throw out blasts of elemental energy whenever he had a temper tantrum), turn into any shape he wants, have super speed, fly in the air and even change his size to his will.

He was a super baby, something which Lily freaked out about when she saw him for the first time.

The first two years of Samael's life were hard on the family of four. Lily could not even begin to understand how to take care of her child without him electrocuting her when feeding or changing, randomly teleporting around the house when playing hide-n-seek made her anxiety go through the roof.

Emily was busy with her new job as a superhero, calling herself Miss Magic, along with school. Furthermore, having someone else who had powers like her and her father, Lily was happy with he brother.

And finally, me. If I didn't have the help of all my cheats and powers, I would never have been able to handle the little gremlin that was my son.

While my name was Lucifer, Samael embodied the meaning of the name perfectly.

Good thing I don't need to sleep or take care of myself as a regular human. If I had to, both Lily and I would have collapsed long ago, trying to take care of the child.

At least the gremlin didn't inherit my devouring ability… that would be bad.
