CHAPTER 45 TALKING WITH KUSUNOKI ABOUT THINGS

It was the next day after my talk with Old Kirigaya.

What shock me is there is someone who was waiting outside for me to talk! It was definetly not Komachi as she too shock at what happen. She also glare at Kasuga who she knows already attack me. And if it was really me I would be dead already. If I don't have power that is.

"So you finally come."

"You are the one who is outside my home you know. And this is still morning." It was a good thing Mom is outside visiting my grandparents from Mom's side. I don't know actually? Didn't they already dead? But I guess it's not something I would search if I have Wikipedia from my old life. I guess it's good they're still fine.

I invite her to come. Komachi seems hesitant that I would invite someone who already attack me. But I just it was fine.

"Regarding of what happen before. I want to beg your forgiveness." Saying this she bows her head making me frown at her.

"Yeah well, it was not me anyway so it's fine. But if you actually ask forgiveness is that actually what you did was a mistake?"

"Yes, I actually told to test you. I didn't know it was only your clones. I'm really sorry for what just happen. I will do anything you ask if you can forgive me, Katsuragi!" She look at me seriously.

I look at Komachi, she didn't glare at her anymore but instead look wary at her. I can sort of understand. Seeing me look at her, Komachi just nods her head. Whelp, I guess even she know how serious Kasuga is.

"Fine, I forgive you. But why would you actually attack me? Even if you say it was a test. What is the test for?" I ask her.

"Actually, I just do what Amaterasu-sama asks of me. She also says to tell you this so you don't have to worry if I'm lying or not." She said this with a Straight Face.

Just what did they want with me?

"She actually wants to ask for an alliance with you. After my fight with your clone Amaterasu-sama show us what you can do in Kyoto." Komachi snort at the mention of alliance I guess it can be understandable seeing Kasuga did attack me.

"Us?" I wonder just who else gets to see them? I doubt Azazel don't know. He must know too. He did watch after all. So if Azazel knows it means three factions know too. Shirzech also keeps an eye on me through Nikaido.

Yeah, I don't need to keep this a secret. After all, what are they gonna do? Attempt hostage on my family? I already tag them and can get them teleport to somewhere safe if somethings happen. All the people I care about already tagged. Komachi and her family also get tagged. I did tell her that so it's probably fine. And what the worst that could happen? They gonna hate me because I have some sort of freakish power? I will show them what gonna happen if I don't do what I did. So at least they will be grateful enough.

"My father also sees that. He is impressed. It's rare to see him impressed like that too." This time she says this with a sour face like she isn't that happy with that fact. Problem at home? Probably, not really my place too.

"You don't seem happy about that?" Komachi says to her. Well, at least she finally stop her glare now.

"Of course not. It's just. I'm sorry. My father suggest something outrageous. He suggests for me to marry you." I. I just facepalmed hearing that. Seriously? Did something like just happen?

"Kasuga. Can I just call you Kasuga or Kusunoki?"

"I don't have a problem with that."

"Okey, Kusunoki. It's just. I don't really have time for this right now. While you just made this easier for us with the lost souls thing. I do have something to do this week. Thus don't really have time for that. So how about a compromise?"

"I agree with that. I'm also sorry for what just happen."

"It's fine. Just forget about it. do you guys busy tonight?"

"You want to meet my father?" She actually blush at that. Sorry my bad. I made some complicated misunderstanding there.

"No. No. I mean, we need to talk about the alliance yes?"

"Oh, sorry for thinking too much about that." Why the heck are you looking down. Are you even like me? And didn't you just say that you don't have feelings for me? So why the heck that change. Calm. Calm. Inner peace. Calm.

Komachi nudged at me with her pouting face. Then whisper at me, "If you go that route without my permission. I won't get you what I promise." I did feel chilly. But what is she actually talking about? What promise?

I just sigh. "So, what do you think?" She nods and go to school with us. Telling her dad that we will talk about this supposed alliance tonight if there is no problem.
