CHAPTER XIV

The teams were ready, the line-ups were strong and I presided over the training centre for my team.

"Before starting to play I want to tell you something," I said addressing to the six rookies that conformed my team, among them my girlfriend "You are here to demonstrate what you are worth, do not cut any second in demonstrating your value but that yes; play with head and if you have to give them to some, do it," I said winking an eye that took out them laughter "Is it clear ?"

"Yes, Captain."

"Let's get to it then team."

The captains of both teams, including myself, stood in the middle of the field waiting for the kick-off that made up the match.

The coach whistled and threw the ball into the air. I raised my 188 centimetres into the air, gaining possession of the ball and then passing it to my right centre, who began to move forward quickly before changing the direction of play to the opposite wing.
