The room become quite, is it that surprising? or is that even a shocking revelation??

"Do I heard it right?" Finn asked.

"Wait, can you repeat it bro?" Benj asked CJ..

"You guys are really a bunch of OA! It's me who added first.. I add her first okay now? I repeated it trice so do you get the answer you want?" He sarcastically told them.

"Ow My Gad! (read it, how I spelled it) Am I dreaming? He added her first!" Nash said as he shakes James shoulders.

"I know that okay, I'm also here.. Don't need to repeat it again!" James told his friend.

CJ left them as he walk to going my direction and sit on his chair..

I actually thought that he is about to go to me but I remember our sitting arrangement.. #AsaMuch (Hope to much)

"Wait! CJ! I still have a lot of questions!! Come back here!" Nash shouted.

"What? Youre the one who needs me but you want me to go to you? Are you okay bro?" he joked.

"Stop making a corny joke or what so ever, just answer my questions" Nash stated.

"Questions? I'll just answer a one and last question then you guys will stop pestering me and let me breath!" He stated.

"Okay okay, dont be mad! I'll think a best question" Nash challenging told him.

"How did you guys became friends?" Samantha suddenly asked.

"Wait! dont answer that Jay(short for CJ)! You need to answer my question not hers!" Nash told him as he looked at Samantha badly.

Looks like they will never be in terms.. They keep fighting about stuffs even with just the eraser of the board!

"She didnt actually said that we are already friends, I'm just the one who assumed that but anyways, we talk for like an hour before and magic! I already got comfortable around her" He explained.

"Wait, first of all, you just assumed that youre friends? is this really my friend CJ? What if she doesnt want you as a friend?and second when did you guys talked for that long?" Finn curiously asked him while laughing at the same time.

I just realize that Gab is not talking or even sharing his thoughts about the topic, he's just listening at the back and just looking at his friends..

"You know what, first of all, first of all your face!you are still so talkative! you sounds like a girl gossiping things!" CJ tease his friend.

"Shut up! Just answer it! Dont change the topic!"

"Fine fine!" he said.

He looked at me straight and asked me.

"Are we friends? wait, Are you okay being friends with me?"

Because of what he did, all of our classmates are looking at me, waiting for my answer.

I nodded.

"See?" He told them.

"My friend, it looks like she just doesnt have a choice to say no and she didnt even say anything, she just nodded, who knows?" Benj told him, looks like not contented on how I answered.

He look at me again.

"We need to hear your answer, as far as I know you can hear me and I also know that you are not a deaf Iyah.. You are also a very much talkative like the other one here and as far as I can also remember you ar-" He said as I stop him because he might tell something that I'm not okay with!

"Okay okay! stop! I'll answer it.." I told him.

"I'm okay with it, I'm totally fine with it.." I added.

"See mates?" he joked.

"Are you sure? You can still take it back" James told me.

"Your friends with him? I dont think its a good thing.." Benj added.

"Have you ever seen his attitude? We understand if you change your mind" Nash also added.

"Stop asking her a lot of questions!" he scolded them.

"Why? are you scared that she might really change her mind and you get embarrased?" Marc teasing asked him.

He looked at his friend like Marc said a bad thing.

"Yeah, a little bit" he replied as he scratched his head.

I laughed at him doing that, he looks like a shy boy.

After CJ said that, with the perfect timing our next teacher for Araling Panlipunan or A.P (History) came, Mr. Reyes.

Based on what he said our lesson for today is about the History Babylonians.. Looks interesting to me but not with my classmates.. At my left I can see Nami who is still not with us, still looking at nowhere and infront of me I can hear CJ and Gabby talking about the varsity thing.

Mr. Reyes even conduct a surprise recitation about our topic and good thing, I listened not like my classmates who is busy with stuff.

"Mikel, please stand up. What does Babylonian means?" Mr. asked him.

"Babylonian Mr. is wha-"

Mikel stopped as we heard a knock on our door..

"Mr. Reyes, Excuse me..Can I tell something to them?" Ms. Cath asked Mr. Reyes.

"Yes, ofcourse Maam.. Please come in. Class lets just continue this tomorrow..Goodbye and thankyou!" Mr. said and left.

"Okay class, I'm here to annouce that next month we will have the first event for this school year which is Intramurals!" She happily annouced.

"I think you class know what is it about right?" she added.

We all nodded.

"By next week, we will start our preparation for the event.. From assigning, practicing and all! So be ready class and for our contibution, 100 php.. Iyah? You will collect the money and as our treasurer you need to take charge and responsible for it.. Is it alright?" Ms. explained.

"Yes Ms. , no problem" I answered.

"okay good! since we dont have a problem.. Everything is settled! Wait class do you have any questions regarding to the announcement?" she asked.

Benj raised his hand.

"Ms. when is the deadline for the contribution?" he asked.

"Before Monday, next next week." she replied.

After she left, all of my classmates seems super excited to the event and looks like they already know what to do and what to plan.

"Iyah!" Samantha called me.

I looked at her and said. "yes?"

"I'll give my contribution by tomorrow" she said.

"Be ready okay?" she added.

"Why would I?" I replied and laughed.

Next day, I really thought Samantha didnt mean that but guess what? what she means by saying getting ready is to have coins or smaller bill because she gave me 1,000 php and I only need is 100 php since, she's my first classmate who's going pay, I need to think how I can give her money back.

"Hey! dont you have smaller cash? just give me back my money.. I will help you compute it okay? 1000 minus 100 equals 900 so, give me back my 900 php" she said.

"I know it okay? Its just that you already know that you are the first student who pays the contribution and it looks like you know what it means right? I dont have extra cash or even a smaller bill to give for the change.." I said calmly.

"So what do you want me to do? adjust myself? Thats what I only have! I dont have any cash, or would you want to accept my money thru credit card?" she said sarcastically.

This girl is giving me a hard time! Cant she just wait or just pay later when I already have enough money for the change?

"Hey!" she called me.

"Why dont you just wait until I can give your money back?" I think I sounded so annoyed!

"So what now? Why would I do that? Its your problem okay? think what you should to! as far as I know you are the trea-" she paused when

"Samantha! Stop okay? Are you that too eager when it comes to money? Cant you just wait? Youre so loud! Shut up okay?" Nami told her

"You know what? both of you are losers!" she shouted at us.

"We.Dont.Care" Nami replied.

Samantha left our room, annoyed

I look at Nami whos still looking on our door.

"Thank You for that!" I told her.

"Dont need to thank me, we are friends!" she happily said.

Looks like she's okay now!

Most of my classmates already left to go to our cafeteria..Nami and I was about to go when CJ called me.

"Iyah! wait!"

I look at him and asked.

"Why?"

"I need to tell you something, can you stay here for a while?" he asked.

I look at him then look at Nami and I saw her smile and nod as if shes saying that 'its okay'

"I'll just wait for you there" Nami said.

"Okay, I'll be there in a minute" I told her.

As she left, I walk towards to CJ.

"What is it?" I asked him.

"I need you to do a favor for me" he stated.

"Favor? what do you mean?" I asked him again.

I feel like, its not a good thing. Why am I getting nervous? My heart cant stop beating so fast!

"It's not a big thing okay? I want you to.." he said

"To what?" Asking him nervously.

"Ahhh! I dont know how to say it!" he said.

"Just say it!" I told him.

"I dont know how!!" he said much louder than his normal voice.

"Just say it in simplest way you know!!" I shouted at him.

He didnt say anything.

"Hey! CJ! dont be such a cliff hanger!" I told him.

"Uh! Okay! I'll say it, I like Nami" he stated.

Oh! I didnt expect that!

"Wait, I dont understand" I told him.

"I said I like Nami" he said.

"So? What do you want me to do?" I replied as I tried my best not to sound sarcastic

" Uh! C'mon Iyah! You know it already!" he said as he walk a little towards our door.

"Know what?" I asked him

"I want you to help me" he said

"Help you? How?" I asked.

"Help me to get close to her, you know..I want court her but I dont know how" he told me.

" So you want to be like a bridge for the both of you? act like Matchmaker or even Cupid?" I said.

"Yeah" he aswered.

"What if I dont want to?" I asked him.

"Then I wont stop pestering you and bothering you about this" he said confidently.

"What?!" I said

"So I really dont have a choice CJ?" I added

He just nodded and smiled.

UGH! Stop that!

"Wait, why do it has to be me?" I asked him

"Why it shouldnt be you? You are friends and we are friends so basically, you are just helping our friends" he said while laughing.

I didnt answer and just walk away, going to our cafeteria. He called me but I didnt stop.

I saw Nami, waiting for me.. She's already near to the order place. She looked at me and smiled..

"Come here!" she said.

NEXT FEW DAYS

CJ keep pestering me about the favor he wants, and until now, I still didnt know what to do? Should I help him or not??

I was about to enter our room when someone (boy) grabs me and pull me to the back building..

"Hey! Who are you?!" I told him as he stop.

He didnt answer. He just pushed me to the wall and I didnt look at him, I dont who he is!!

"Why dont you just answer me?" the boy said.

wait, I know that voice!

"CJ?" I asked as I look at him.

"Yeah, its me.. So what is your answer?"he said

"about what?" I asked

"About the favor that I want you to do for me" he replied.

"Oh! Still the same" I said and it looks like hes not okay with it.

"Really?"

I nodded.

"c'mon Iyah! Just help with this one!Please? pretty please?" he said as he slowly walk towards me and looking at me so deep..

from what I can see, he look so sincere.. Looks like he really likes Nami.. He's good at making this face, I think anyone would never reject any of his favor if he looks like this to them.. So do I?

"Okay" I said without thinking too much.

"Okay? as in you'll do it?" he happily asked.

I nodded.

"Finally!" he shouted as he jumped and hugged me as if he won something!

As we go back to our room, he kept telling whats his plan about this mission, am I doing a right thing? He looks so excited about this..

"Bros!" he shouted as we entered our room..

All of my classmates look at us.

"Sorry" he apologized.

I was about to go to my chair when he grabbed me to go with him to his friends.

WHY DID HE KEEP GRABING ME AS IF I'M A TOY?!

"What are you doing?" I asked him.

But he didnt answer.

"Mates! guess what?!" he happily told them.

"What?" Gab asked him.

"Guess it!" CJ told his friend.

"Just say it bro! Why do we still have to guess it? we will just be losing another brain cell for that" Marc joked.

"I want you guys to meet someone" CJ told them.

"Who?" I asked oh! Me and his friends asked.

He just laugh at us.

"My bestfriend from now on" he answered.

"Finally!" he shouted as he jumped and hugged me as if he won something!

"You know what? youre my bestfriend now! No! We are best of friends now!" he stated.

"Huh?"

"Youre my bestfriend now" he said.

"Okay" I told him, trying my best not to sound so happy

"What? okay? have you ever had a bestfriend?" he asked.

"Never" I said.

"Okay so, settled! Youre my bestfriend and I'm your bestfriend from now on" he told me.

he was about to go when I said.

"Wait, do you ever asked me if its okay?" I teasingly asked him.

"Well, are you okay with it?" he asked.

I was about to nod when he said.

"okay! good! come on bestfriend!" he shouted at me.

What did just happen?! He's crazy!!
