The End Of Naran II

Through the door leading to the courtyard, Mei Yang saw her fiancé with a sword in his hand. He seems to be older than he looked. Despite his young age, he was tall and strong, according to his limitations. His black clothes with silver details perfectly matched his platinum hair that swayed slightly through the shallow snow that fell perfectly reminiscent of the figure he had just seen in the painting.

For a few seconds Mei Yang was lost in his beauty, her heart gave a little start when she saw that Yan Feng aimed the sword at Qiang Mao who was approaching with the sword for a small clash. Then, Yan Feng's bicolored eyes met hers and the princess lost her breath when he smiled at her, showing details on his face that she had not yet noticed, like the sparkle her eyes had when he smiled. Mei Yang finally surrendered and admitted to herself that there was not a being, in all this land, more beautiful than her fiancé.

- Pay attention here, Yan Feng. - Qiang Mao looked at him when he saw that the boy smiled like a fool for the princess. - You may have your bride forever, but your life may end here.

- The general is very confident of victory. - Yan Feng closed his smile when facing the man in front of him, making the general shut up. That little child seemed to have become a man with that sword in his hands. Qiang Mao observed General Chun Zheng smiling at the scene as if his son's victory was already guaranteed.

Then he raised his sword and advanced on Yan Feng, who was calm in the same place. His enemy's tranquility blackened his heart making him attack with more ferocity. As soon as the blade came down on the boy, he deflected as masterfully as if he had been singing a dance for some ball. Yan Feng's eyes were clearer and cleaner than usual. As if the General's coup was just child's play. Qiang Mao attempted the second blow by turning the sword to catch the boy who surrounded him in a perfect dance. Yan Feng, already tired of his opponent's weak attacks, finally raised his sword towards Qiang Mao in a movement so certain that the blades clashed for the first time since the beginning of the fight making a thin, cutting sound through the cloudy day. Yan Feng's sword cut through the general's defense in a quick, smooth gesture. The boy crossed the sword by the general's arm, holding him by the arms and pointing his blade at the man's neck. Qiang Mao's eyes widened when he saw that his sword was no longer in his hands but in Yan Feng's hands and the pointed blade was aimed at a vital point in his body.

When did your sword leave your hands? The general was still lost in what had just happened.

- My son is a prodigy, Qiang Mao. - Chun Zheng approached smiling, displaying the pride of a father who admired his son. - We got used to calling him a little god of war. No one, in all of Sunri, managed to win him in a clash. He will be a great general in the future.

Qiang Mao looked curiously at Yan Feng, who was already looking at Mei Yang across the courtyard. If that boy without a formation of a complete man, has already reached that level, and when he reaches adulthood to go to the battlefields?

A bad chill ran through the general's body. Yan Feng would be a problem in the future.

On the other hand, Yan Feng withdrew his sword that was pointed at the general and returned his, and then turned to the door of the hall where Mei Yang was standing looking at the scene in awe, almost believing that her fiancé was a god.

How did that child beat his beloved general?

Yan Feng walked firmly to Mei Yang and put away his sword so as not to scare her. The princess was divinely beautiful that morning, and it must have been no more a secret to anyone inside that palace that the young master of the state of Sunri was hopelessly in love with her.

- What magic did you use to beat the general? - Mei Yang was rude in her question as soon as Yan Feng approached her.

- There is no magic, only skill. - Yan Feng was proud of himself. There was something to show that princess apart from her physical attributes. Mei yang opened his mouth to protest, but fell silent - How about we take a little walk?

- Not! I have duties to perform. - Mei Yang lied shamelessly. There was nothing to do but hunt Qiang Mao for the palace.

- Then, I will have to be impolite with my future queen. We are getting married in the future, and I want to get to know her well before we come together.

- You do not need to know me well; soon you will have a harem just for you, like my father. And I will have obligations as a queen. In addition, I already said we are not getting married! - Yan Feng smiled. That girl was still reluctant about their fate. However, she would open her eyes and see that there was nowhere to run but to get married.

- I will have no harem, only my queen is enough to fill my heart. I am not an ambitious man when it comes to love. - Yan Feng took the princess's hands and placed her between her arms. Mei Yang was unable to leave. Even though she wanted to get away, there was something about that boy that totally attracted her curiosity. Perhaps it was the fact that when you touched the energy that was in your body, it dissipated like smoke. Yan Feng's presence close to him was monstrously sucking.

- Do not think that accepting this tour I will get married...

- Will we still discuss this? - Yan Feng raised his eyebrows at her and pulled her closer to him. - Let's not talk about marriage, let us just talk about us. What do you like to do for the day? - Mei Yang did not want to answer, but she thought it best to open her guard at least at that moment and have a friendly conversation.

- Draw and observe the sky. - She looked up where she saw birds flying.

- Watch the sky? Somewhat curious. However, when I look at the sky strangely I remember its image. - Mei Yang's cheeks flushed so much that she felt her whole body burn. With a little force, she managed to get her hands out of Yang Feng's arms and move away a little.

- Don't say those words. I do not intend to get married. Even though I am a queen, I think I am new to getting married. Naran's laws are strict and do not concern themselves with the welfare of the ruler, but I need to worry about myself.

- Don't think anything wrong, Yang'Er ... - hearing Yan Feng call you by her nickname, her heart felt something familiar, as if that voice had called you by that name in the past. However, it was impossible; she never met Yan Feng before her birthday. - I am not going to do anything I do not want to do. Even if we are forced to get married, I will be extremely respectful of you. - Yan Feng placed a kiss on his hands and left.

For the first time Mei Yang felt something different for that boy. He did not want his throne, nor his person. He respected her and that was the most important thing for her.

Perhaps marrying Yan Feng was not all bad; he could be a good friend in the future, someone who would help her with her duties to the throne. And she would be overjoyed if he could stop speaking those words that made his heart skip and be quieter.

As soon as she reached the entrance courtyard, the princess saw her father leave the main gate mounted on his black horse with red saddles, his king's outfit and the golden crown with his royal image. His face was visibly tired, deep dark circles marked his eyes, and Mei Yang found that he had not slept in weeks.

- Mei Yang! - His father caught his attention and the princess saw him get off his horse and pull her towards him. - I will go to Naki's borders to reevaluate some things, and while I am away, I hope you will assume your responsibility as Crown Princess. It's time to be a good ruler for her people, don't be a foolish girl, can you?

- Daddy, I don't know...

- Do you know! The king put his hands on his daughter's shoulders with bright eyes of confidence and smiled at her. Mei Yang did not remember the last time her father smiled like that, but that feeling was good. He looked more human, away from that divine figure who sat on the throne and gave orders throughout the day. – You are my daughter, so she is prepared to rule.

The king said nothing more and just got on his horse and the gates opened. Naran's army left. Qiang Mao and the king side by side leading the rest of the men. At last, everything was silent.

The sealed goddess could hardly imagine that her pain was just beginning.
