Chapter 10
The day of entering the event
At the front gate of Lake view mansion, a car is ready with luggage and both families gathered to sendoff girls
"You are not allowed to eat or drink anything given by random people" said Hunter
Harper and Eva nodded
"No need to risk for completing tasks" said Hunter
Harper and Eva nodded again
"Don't go fighting with dumb people" said Hunter
both nodded again
"The Event will be completed if you don't stop your instructions" said irritated Rosie
Hunter glared at her
"Enjoy your vacation" said Abigail, Harper's elder sister and gave both a hug
Hunter personally dropped them near the venue, he even wanted to go till the door but security stopped him
"Both of you be careful" said Hunter
Girls almost entered the door, but Eva saw Hunter still standing at the gate watching them, she handed her luggage to Harper and walked to him
"Did you forget something" asked Hunter after walking remaining distance between them.
Eva shook her head, hugged Hunter and said "I will miss you, Uncle Hunter"
He hugged her back and said "Now go, enjoy and be careful"
Eva nodded and joined Harper at the door, they entered the venue after waving to Hunter.
Inside the venue
From the mic "We will announce the names and participants report at counter number 3 to complete the registration
All participants gathered in the waiting hall some are standing and some are sitting.
"Dr Elgar" a female voice interrupted three men who are standing near a pillar
"Oh! Hello Miss" said Austin
"Hello, I never thought doctors would be interested in adventure sports" said the lady
"Doctors are interested in many things but they don't get time to enjoy those" replied Austin
"Madison" a male voice called her, she signaled the man to come closer
"He is Jacob, my boyfriend and I'm Madison" Madison introduced him to them
"He is Dr Elgar who treated Emma my niece and" She stopped looked towards the two men who were silent.
"Hello Jacob and Madison, you can call me Austin and he is my friend Andrew and cousin Leon" said Austin
"Hello" said Andrew and Leon gave a nod to both.
Slowly group of five started discussing about the event
Harper and Eva entered the waiting hall and just walked past the group
"Harper" called Jacob doubtfully
They both stopped and turned back, Jacob walked the small gap between them
"Its really you and even Eva is here" said excited Jacob
As Jacob walked abruptly the whole looked towards the two women
"It's Mr. President" said Harper
"Shh! Don't call me that" said Jacob restlessly for which Harper smiled
"Hi, Jacob" said Eva
"Hi, Eva how long it has been high school graduation day was our previous meet" said Jacob
"Yeah it's been a long time" said Harper
"You guys speak I will check with the event people" said Eva and left
By then Madison joined Jacob and Harper
Jacob held Madison's hand and said "She is Madison, my girlfriend"
"They are my high school classmates" said Jacob
"Hi I'm Harper and she is Eva" said Harper while pointing Eva
"Hello, what a wonderful reunion" said Madison
"Harper we are next" said Eva
"You are so beautiful" said Madison to Eva
Her words left Eva and Jacob speechless
"Even I think so" smiling Harper said to Madison before leaving
"Do you think I offended them" asked Madison
"Don't think too much they are not that petty" replied Jacob
"Are you sure" asked Madison
"She would not smile at you if you have offended them" explained Jacob
"Anyway next time I will apologize" said Madison
Jacob and Madison rejoined the group
"Don't mess with them even I can't save you" warned Jacob, Madison stunned
"Are they dangerous" asked Austin
"Oh, No no" said embarrassed Jacob and continued "I said that because I don't want Madison to ruin their vacation"
Austin nodded knowingly
"Why will I ruin ,I can become friends with them" said angry Madison
"Not happening you and them are very different" said Jacob
Feeling offended Madison said "what is different"
Jacob rubbed his forehead with hand signed and asked "what you will do if your school gave you a week to prepare for prom night"
"I will go to shopping to buy a dress" said Madison after thinking for few seconds
Jacob smiled and said "My school gave us a week of free time before prom night and they instead of attending that they went to Bali for vacation"
"You mean Indonesia" stunned Madison
"Yup when I asked Harper about the absence she said it's stupid to waste time and money on prom night, so they used it on what they love to do" said Jacob
"They are so cool" said Madison admiringly
"If I tell you everything they have done you will be repeating that phrase each and single time" said Jacob before pulling Madison to the counter
"They are interesting" said Austin
"They are more interesting than you imagine" said Andrew
Leon who was least interested in the whole conversation tuned to Andrew
"You Know them" asked Austin
"I had an encounter with them" said Andrew
"I want details" said Austin, even Leon was watching intently
Helpless Andrew explained the whole incident happened in the mall
Now it was Austin's turn say "They are cool, who even could handle your aunt Stella and I want know more about them"
Leon just smiled
"Even I want to" said Andrew
"Interested in one of them" asked Leon
The three looked towards girls, tall one is looking stunningly gorgeous even in her plain jeans and shirt and the other one little shorter but looked cute in her knee length dress and as Madison said she is beautiful.
Andrew laughed and said "Kind of but more interested in the person who raised them"
"Leon, can you help me find out about person named Hunter" asked Andrew, Leon nodded
Now it's their turn for verification.
