Chapter forty-two{Break}

She had two dreams and one felt real. But Nicholas couldn't possibly be in her house... Her room.

Rubbing her head as the pain settled in and her teeth gnawed in agony. She laid her face in her palm.

Her grandmother distracted by putting a bowl of chicken soup on the table. She removed her hands and frowned at the bowl.

"Chicken soup?" She groaned.

She turned towards the kitchen where Grandma Lily was doing the dishes, "ugh? I don't have flu... Why?" She complained.

"Shut up, young lady and eat up. Your body is hot as a furnace and you kept whining about been cold. Mm... Eat up, Birdie, your body needs it."

To be sincere, her Nana only worry about her health. Who was watch their ward suffered when they could provide all the needed shelter?
