Gracie was a different person when she entered back into her box of work. The conversation she had with Tori upset her, she raked her hair number of times while pacing from the kitchen to the front desk.

She had been confused so many things but this was worst. She felt useless, hence the witch took the only book that helped her to understand some things about the vampires and gave it to her best friend who just got the information days ago.

Tori was waiting for her, so she could walk her home and from there go home. Even Mrs. Adam restricted her from some works. Everyone was treating her like she was a kid or sick to the extent that she felt she might explode through her eyes, her ears, her mouth or any bare place on her body.

The moment Mrs. Adam dismissed her and Chloe some minutes before seven, she rushed ahead of Chloe and went to change back into her school uniform. She brushed Chloe's shoulder obliviously.
