Lucia Reid was cursed, but the curse was not that she had to drink blood to survive or hide from the sun to not be weakened, even the changing of her appearance every night. 
She was cursed to live again the same life as in the past, to meet him again, and to fall in love with him for a second time even though he didn't love her. 
Her curse was him.

The Duke's Unavoidable Attraction

<p>Back in Greenfort, the alarming sound of shouting was so painful that the villagers started to panic. Many even wanted to run and toss the windows and doors ready to escape, but the knights restrained them. Although some of the soldiers also were fighting the dreadful feeling, as trained knights, they couldn't show it that easily.</p>

<p>Then again, the same cry but this time more intense, more painful, slowly approaching them. It was a high pitched scream from a woman maybe. They didn't know, the people of the little town of Greenfort didn't stop to think if it was real or not, they were scared, they were slowly succumbing to fear.</p>
