[The day the Duke went to the Palace to announce his wedding with Lucia, although she didn't know.]

"When are you going to propose to her?" King Marius followed Lyon to the royal kitchen. The Duke had already finished his talk with Miriam and was eager to see Lucia's face when she saw the cakes.

"What made you think I haven't done it yet?"

The Duke was grumpy, he wanted to go faster to the Mansion to see Lucia and have a serious talk with her. He hoped that the number of pastries he will give her would be enough to convince her to be his wife.

"Heh…" Marius had been his best friend from infancy, it was evident that he will know the expressions on the Duke like the palm of his hand, and now, the same Duke was grumpy and scheming something at the same time.
