The Duke's Unavoidable Attraction

The soldiers fought bravely but the three monsters were playing with them like toys. They were tossing them from one side to another cracking their bones, it was a bloody show of power. Elton was still holding on by pure will as he had several ribs broken and one of his eyes was bloated barely letting him see anything, but he kept resisting from fainting.

"Hahaha… you still have the guts to fight?"

Gia was enjoying his little game with Elton, the young knight was certainly brave and persistent. He stood up every time she punch him, making the soldiers on the other side have more courage to stand. If they have to die, at least they will give the people from their birth town a few more minutes to escape. That was their oath as knights, they had sworn to protect the citizen, their people.
