Chapter 219 - Spirit
The Hun or soul clan did not even know what they did to anger the monster that eradicated their clan's long history. It was turned to ashes and none was able to fight back. Everyone was vaporized into dust burning everywhere.
Their hearts sank and despair was the only thing that remained. The only one surviving was the clan leader who managed to live for this long due to his Essence flames. However, he did not escape unharmed where half of his face was burned, unable to heal and arm turned into ashes.
He could not even speak as his throat was dry from the flames and destruction caused by endless dragons decimating the land. Looking up and saw the man responsible for this nightmare.
"D-Damn you! W-Gaah-why did we anger you."
The man shed his anger and released his killing intent despite the state he was in. He witnessed the monster looking down on him emotionlessly. It was though, he was nothing more than excrement in the road.
Antares felt impressed the man was able to survive this long despite the flame that his master gave him. He recalled the flame was named "Emperor Flame".
"It is nothing personal rather my master order and what he said is absolute. My master finds you annoying like flies."
Upon hearing his simple explanation made him vomit blood from how stupid the reason is. The clan that his ancestor and people worked for was destroyed by this insulting reason. He could not help but feel livid.
In the end, the man needed to beg in order to live and revive his clan. Antares saw his gesture and gave an amusing smile.
"P-Please let me live….is killing my clan not enough!? Please, just me is enough."
He felt bitter for the need to beg and vowed to take his revenge if he survived. It was then the man was sent flying into the mountain producing a massive crater and the man to feel his inside deformed from the impact not before the monster hovered before him.
The monster looming figure shook his very soul despite having lived torturing souls and killing innocent people but none could compare to the monster whose bloodlust and power was unmatched. It made him feel utter destruction. He heard the monster speak in an amused tone.
"I wonder how many had begged before you? The soul around you is vile and disgusting even for me. This is nothing more than retribution and destruction."
It was that people's day where the Dou Di continent lost one of the most influential clans. The news spread of how the remnant of the clan was nothing but burning ashes while the soil hall became desolate.

Caelum thought before summoning his nascent soul manifesting in front of him. He handed the sphere then immediately began cultivating the Soul core. In an instant, he felt the surge of refreshing sensation washed over him.
It was far different from the Grandmist Source Qi and Sacred Blood as they increased his vitality while the current sensation made his core overwhelmed.
He was able to witness his Dantian absorb the soul energy then made him feel as though breakthrough and heard something.

The Nascent Soul appeared exactly how Caelum looks yet the aura was the endless void that one can feel when staring at the sky. He did not notice when the Nascent Soul cracked open its eye for a moment and showed a Frog like pupil.
The only reason why his only Spirit was due to the amount of soul energy needed by his Nascent Soul to grow further. Caelum did feel some disappointment from the result and only grew more excited to have his Nascent Soul act as treasure for the Soul or divine part of [Asura Sutra].
He took the time to control the Nascent Soul performing martial arts to improve his control. The sense of soul was unusual akin to a sluggish body yet moving in vicious air. Few hours went by and Caelum decided it was the time to leave.
"Five Years have passed huh? I should try joining the alchemy guild for fun?"
Caelum left his spot going back to spend time with his family before heading to nearby alchemist guild gaining few peoples curiosity. He ignored them as this was the perfect place to test his soul capabilities.
"Excuse me but may I take the exam to become an Alchemist?"
He spoke to the receptionist who only glanced at him before ignoring him. Caelum remained indifferent and only released a wisp of his killing intent causing him to bounce back.

The man frantically finds the jade slipped to be presented in order to take the exam afterward and directs him to the hallway where a fat old man was waiting at the door. He noticed him arriving, giving a friendly smile.
"Hello there, I'll be one watching your performance in alchemy. I hope you can impress me."
Caelum only nodded that made the fat old man praise his calmness unseen for man his age unaware that the man was older than his ancestor. He led him into a room where two young women were with him.
They notice him arrive instantly blushed from his handsome face. The two were still young and seeing Caelum instantly pulled their heart strings.
"Ah, due to your unexpected arrival we decided to let you join these two women. Forgive me, I forgot to ask your name, I'm Au Tuo"
"I am Tian Zun, how about you two lovely ladies."
They became flushed from his flirtatious words that made the fat old man sweatdropped from their interaction.
"H-Hi my name is Xue Mei."
"I-I'm Lin Fei."
"*Cough* I think it's best that we proceed."
They took each table being provided ingredients and a recipe that made Caelum frown how flawed and incorrect it was. He unconsciously brought out a brush to fix some of them that made the instructor curious.
"What are you doing, Young man?"
"Check it yourself. Now let me begin."
The Old Fat man checked the recipe thinking he took notes to only be greeted by precise and unbelievable claim, making him look back and forth at the young man who began to manifest his soul, surprising everyone in the room.
"A-A Spirit level!?"
