In the capital of Respentia there's many races and culture's even so there's no quarrel and pickpocket in the capital because of non-aggression agreement. Because of that even demon-kin is free to roam and if you want you want fight each other you need to go coliseum to fight there so they respect each other, Even so not other races want to peace they even rally on government. In capital of Respentia there's no nobility here and they advance of about politics they demolish the nobility because of neutrality and they free to speech.

Every 20 years they vote who next prime minister. Why 20 years? Because of the races some of them long-lived some of them not so they approve about 20 some years. Talk about military not because they from neutral capital we dont have military in the respentia military the most advanced here because of dungeon and middle of the other country. We need to prepare to war some other country wants to abolish the non-aggression pact.

Why am telling this? I was born in the capital of Respentia and my father is goverment officer and my mother is military officer. I've been reincarnated in this world and my memories always hazed and I feel that It's not my first time to reincarnated in this world.
