Chapter 70: The Evil Race's First Pawn

"Exaggerated as always..." The Giant Tree sighed at her overbearing actions but then reproached her, with a wry smile: "Little girl, you robbed all his thunder qi. It will be a problem for him now."

"Problem?? Look... what is this?? The little creature scoffed at his words and showed him her palm.

The Giant Tree looked there and saw a tiny sphere with countless green bolts of lightning moving inside and chuckled, in a sarcastic tone: "Hehe... It's a miracle... you didn't devour them too... It seems that you care a lot about him."

The little creature waved the sphere a bit and snorted: "Nonsense... I don't care about him, but it will benefit me if he grows stronger fast... I'm helping him only for this reason."

Hearing her response, the Giant Tree laughed loudly for a while and then spoke, in a strange tone: "Mmm... Sure... Sure..."

The little creature looked at him with an annoyed look but didn't answer and instead inserted the sphere into Tian Yang's chest.

PLOP!!

RUMBLE!!!

When the sphere made contact with his body, the thin membrane isolating those thunderbolts, vanished and the angry dragons inside assaulted Tian Yang all together.

RUMBLE!!!

AHH!!!

The pain in his body was so intense that Tian Yang began screaming and contorting his muscles.

The Giant Tree looked at his terrible situation and smiled wryly: "You could at least be a bit more gentle with your 'Little Toy'... What will you do if it breaks?"

"Humph... Then, I will eat him..." She responded, not even touched by his screams, but then snorted, annoyed by all those rumors: "Too noisy..."

SLAP!!!

She slapped Tian Yang on his forehead, with so much strength that he finally stopped screaming.

The Giant Tree was stunned by her savage actions but didn't tell her anything, fearing Tian Yang's same fate.

Even if Tian Yang could perceive all that pain and his body reacted to all of this, he was still unconscious because the wounds this time were truly too grave.

So he was still unaware that there were two terrifying existences a few steps from him, planning his future path to a world that nobody ever saw.

"What... What did you say??"

Xifeng honestly couldn't believe her father's words and asked again with a shaking voice.

"It's not completely ascertained, but yes... there are high chances that... they found him..."

BOOM!!!

Hearing her father's response, Xifeng's body, which was already stirred, finally trembled even more evidently.

Actually, she was so excited that her knees bent, and she almost fell to the ground.

Luckily, Xue and Yue didn't let that happen and supported her, each with an arm.

"Young miss... what's going on??"

Xifeng only recovered after a while and whispered: "There are traces of that little bastard..."

Xue and Yue were shocked by her words and asked: "Really?? And where??"

"Where? Hmm..." Xifeng repeated that word a few times on her mind, but she realized that her father didn't tell her anything else...For obvious reasons... And shouted hysterically on the crystal: "Damned pig... still not telling me where is he??"

The voice rang out again from the crystal but... it seemed a bit angry: "You little girl... They saw him at the Tiger Mountain City."

"Tiger Mountain City??... Hmm?!"

Initially, she couldn't understand why there were traces only there, but then she thought of something and asked, in a more gentle tone: "Daddy, did something happened to the Black Crow Treasure Pavilion?"

Her father didn't answer her immediately, because her words shocked him quite a bit, and only after a while, he responded, in a confused tone: "Yes... Someone burned that place to ashes and left behind only a few heads of the Black Crow descendant. It's a mess there. Anyway, Feng'er... How did you know?"

When Xifeng heard her father confirm her supposition, she dropped the crystal and started weeping in delight.

She was indeed too happy because, after many long and solitary years, she could finally meet him again.

Naturally, she was also quite angry because since he eradicated that place, that meant he recovered all the memories of the past...

Then... WHY... WHY... he didn't come back to her side immediately??

Those were the words that her mind kept shouting after that moment of happiness passed.

Actually, Xifeng was so angered by his behavior that she shouted: "DAMNED Bastard... you better have a good explanation!!!"

Xue and Yue were a little shocked by her sudden change of mood and asked: "Young miss... are you okay?"

Xifeng snorted a few more times, thinking about him, and shouted: "I AM FINE. We will change our plans... Let's go!... We must find that bastard."

They found her behavior a little strange but still asked since they couldn't hear her father's words: "Where is he?"

Xifeng looked toward the East Region, with a bit of longing.

But just when she was about to answer, dark clouds began to cover the sky once again...

The Ancient Seals on the Gate for the Immortal Realm were once again broken.

The second Heavenly Tribulation lasted for just a few minutes, but the consequences hadn't changed.

In the last two days, only part of the lesser soldiers from the evil army came out from there, and the world could still easily handle them.

But now...

In just a few seconds...

BOOM!!

BOOM!!

Giant creatures covered by strange thorns and armored soldiers with long black wings walked out.

They were not only more terrifying because of their strange aspects, but even more powerful.

CRAWL!!!

CRAWL!!!

Those strange monsters covered by thorns weren't too much, but each one of them emanated a tremendous pressure that made the space and even the ground quiver each time they stepped forwards.

And each one of those long and dangerous spines was covered not only by a dense black mist but also by a strange substance of violet and green color that stank a lot.

As for the winged-soldiers were a bit taller than an average human.

The smaller ones in that long line were at least seven feet as for the tallest, they reached shockingly ten feet.

Even if their heights were taller than usual, their bodies were still slender, but with a perfect constitution.

Those refined armors hid a terrible and explosive strength.

The winged-soldiers were much more than those strange creatures and kept coming out from the fracture for a long time until the ancient portal began to shake and finally close back again.

BOOM!!

But something else walked out just a tiny bit before the portal closed.

It was a middle-aged man, with short hairs, of a black color, even more, darker than those armored soldiers' black wings.

He was the tallest between then, and his face was exposed entirely since no black helmet concealed his appearance, like the other soldiers.

Two long pointed ears were located on each side of his stern and a bit white face.

They weren't crude and disgusting but refined and slightly curved.

His two eyes were long and more narrowed than usuals.

Furthermore, there weren't two pupils but four of them in those two black seas inside them, two black and two white with a thin circle of a dark red color in each one of them.

His nose was slightly longer than expected, with four nostrils arranged in pairs, two on the left and two on the right, one behind the other.

His mouth was probably the only normal thing in that bizarre face.

Well ... at least until those two thin lips of his parted a bit, showing the creepy inside of his mouth.

Of course, his teeth weren't normal, but each of them was as long, wide, and sharp as a dragon's fangs.

And they weren't even, white and glistening, but covered with a blackish white mottled patina.

The tongue wasn't natural too, but when he stepped out of that mysterious cave, it extended so much that it could easily reach his forehead.

The middle-aged man's attitude was much more dignified and elegant than all the other soldiers, similar to a king standing among his subjects.

And indeed, when he started speaking, in an archaic language, all those soldiers and even the strange beasts halted and turned around.

"Use the ancient communication system... I want to know if there are still survivors of my clan here!!"

The obscure army was finally ready to start their new campaign in this peaceful world, but they were even more determined and confident...this time.

In the last few minutes, Xifeng looked at the sky with a worried expression because she knew what those black clouds represented.

But she couldn't understand why it was happening again and why it lasted so short.

It was as if...

A terrible thought flashed on her mind, but...

She really couldn't believe it...

She couldn't accept it...

His heart trembled just at that terrible thought.

Xifeng took a deep breath and asked in a severe tone: "Xue, you should be at the mid-stage of the Low God, now... Right?"

"Yes... our power grew a bit more after those black clouds again... but it's really too strange."

Hearing her response, Xifeng was elated and said: "Good!!... Then you must bring me immediately to the East Region."

But just when they were ready to start their long journey...

BOOM!!!

DOOM!!! DOOM!!!

GRAWL!!!
