Chapter 109: Demons of the Universe

A dense dark cloud began to descend from the sky surrounding the flying ship in a few moments.

"Hey! What the hell is going on?" Tian Yang cried, surprised by the strange event.

However, the young man's words did not bring about any change in Sister Mei, who kept staring at him through the mask.

At some point, Sister Mei spoke, but her words were clearly filled with fear: "Impossible! Impossible! Those damn monsters have been sealed in the Forbidden Space, the Void. No one can get back from there. Since the creation of the Universe, that infamous place has been a prison for many evil beings. If it is true that those bastards have come out of the Void, then a fateful and macabre period of terror will invade our Universe again...You're definitely wrong... it's impossible!"

The young woman hoped that Tian Yang was wrong with all her heart, but seeing the firm expression all over his face, Sister Mei sighed with sadness.

"So... their sacrifice was in vain... Tell me everything you know about them. How long have they been back?"

Tian Yang told her everything he knew, but his information was limited only to the last ten thousand years, so it wasn't much.

"Amazing... Your world has sacrificed many valiant warriors, but their deeds have certainly saved the entire Universe... There's only one thing I don't understand. Why those bastards from the Immortal Realm didn't intervene?"

Tian Yang clasped his fist and shattered the wooden planks a few palms from his seat and, in an outraged tone, expressed his doubts: "In fact, after all the information obtained in the last few days, I also asked myself this question... If really, these monsters are so feared, especially their leader, one of the Creators of the Principle, why did they leave our miserable world facing them alone?"

Sister Mei could understand that, but she didn't have the answers to those questions, just theories.

"Indeed, it is weird. But the most worrying thing is that somehow those monsters manage to hide even in the eyes of the other Creators of the Principle... it's terrible!"

Tian Yang immediately noticed that the girl was terrified. Still, he needed to learn as much information as possible about the enemy, so he asked: "Sister Mei, can you tell me everything you know about them?"

Perhaps the girl had calmed down because the terrible dark cloud had begun to dissolve, and the sun's rays had once again illuminated the way.

"I know something about those bastards... In the Immortal Realm, everyone knows their terrifying story. First of all, their real name is not Evil Race, although in fact it's suited for their twisted attitude, but Supreme Race. Or at least that was the name given to them by their Creator."

'Supreme Race? That pack of monsters?' Tian Yang mumbled in dismay.

"Instead, the creatures of the Immortal Realm have named them in many ways... Demons, Monsters, or Heartless Exterminators. However, all these names fully reflected their cruel actions. They have been a scourge for dozens of worlds. And driven by that devil's unstoppable thirst for power, they turned the Universe into a dark hell."

"Unfortunately, among their victims, there were many Creators of the Principle. Since the creation of the Universe, the Principle of Light, Life, Space, Time, the seven Principles of this world and other lesser Principles have ceased to exist."

"So many? How is that possible? In particular, the Principle of Light... It should be the most effective against darkness..."

Of course, Tian Yang was surprised to discover the existence of all those Principles, but he was more frightened that an incredible number of them had vanished from the Universe.

"In fact, the Principle of Light was the only one with enough power to subdue the darkness. Unfortunately, that demon is a more devious being than everyone else. Over the years, he has devoured many Inferior

Principles, increasing his power enough to dominate over the Light Overlord."

Tian Yang immediately realized the tremendous mistake of the other Creators of the Principle and sighed regretfully: ""I understand ... After all, the Creator of the Light Principle would never have committed such a despicable act..."

"Exactly, the Light overlord was one of the most benevolent and dispensable Creators of the Principle in the Universe. From the very beginning, she had brought light to every dark corner of our enchanting Universe. Her power was so extraordinary that it allowed her to bless even other worlds. The Elemental World had also been touched by her pure hand. And it was probably that power that saved this world from complete destruction."

Sister Mei told many things about the Universe, leaving Tian Yang amazed by the incredible exploits of his predecessors.

'Ridiculous ... apparently, I've never had much of a chance against such a powerful being. We were seriously a bunch of fools... '

The only one who knew of his transformation into Creator of the Principle was probably just the Supreme Pig, so he couldn't tell Sister Mei about his crazy plan to defeat the darkness.

Otherwise, he would just prove himself more stupid and expose one of his most important secrets, so he just sighed bitterly in his heart.

But there were other unanswered questions in his mind...

"What has happened to the other worlds, who have lost their Creator?"

Sister Mei raised her gaze to the sky, and after a brief pause, she responded in a somewhat saddened tone: "They were claimed by the darkness..."

Tian Yang was again attracted to the strange phenomenon around the girl because he could somehow decipher her enigmatic heart from that bizarre world.

"I'm sorry..."

"Mmm... maybe... In that dark Universe, the Lord of Light is still protecting those worlds. After all, no one knows for sure what's going on between that dark dust."

The girl's voice became very melancholy at the end, but after a few moments and an intense sigh, she rested her intense gaze on Tian Yang: "Hmm... You're staring at me again... Do you have any strange obsessions on my mask?"

By now, he was used to finding himself in awkward situations with her, so he shrugged his shoulders and turned to the horizon without speaking.

Sister Mei looked particularly closely at Tian Yang's face, especially that simple smile on his face, and for a moment, though very brief, strange memories resurfaced in her mind.

Lost among those candid memories, she left her feelings upsetting the world to such an extent that even Little Bao saw its fantastic effects.

Accompanied by that celestial aura, the flying ship continued its journey into that beastly world until the first destination was finally in front of them...
