<p>Vampires – especially nightwalkers – going missing was quickly becoming a common occurrence. It started last year and this was the first time that huge amount of vampires went missing at once. They had strong reasons to believe that they were being kidnapped by werewolves and sold to humans.</p>

<p>Being kidnapped by werewolves because a vampire that was almost kidnapped escaped with a nasty werewolf bite and also said that it was werewolves. Being sold to humans because there was a new drug on the underworld market that rapidly healed any kind of injury – fatal and nonfatal – like vampire blood did and they had repeatedly tried and failed to find out the pharmaceutical company making the drug.</p>
