Imani hadn't said anything since her and Lucas' little spat and Lucas hadn't stopped mentally smacking himself. He turned around to look at her sitting in the car through the floor to ceiling window in the pharmacy. Her attention was focused on the phone in her hand and her brows were slightly furrowed. She dropped the phone to her lap as she let out a yawn and the corner of Lucas' mouth turned up while she raised a hand to cover her mouth.

She saw him watching her when she stopped yawning and she held his gaze for only a couple of seconds before averting her eyes. Lucas' shoulders dropped and he faced the counter back. The humanoid robot that had gone off to get what he wanted to purchase because the mechanism that's supposed to bring customer's orders to the counter was currently broken, was not yet back.
