Besides, ripping a page from the book of the damned was impossible so what the hell?

"She had these... dark objects with her. I don't know their names but they looked like they were centuries old and the energy coming from the page as she read the spell on it... It was unlike anything I've ever felt," she replied and all of them listened with their brows furrowed, except for Takeda who just looked confused. "I saw her using just a page but she actually had the entire book," she added and Nikolay was taken aback.
