By fate, Lucas and Imani's worlds collide. Knowing that Imani is capable of finding the cure to the virus that was killing his people, Lucas is willing to do anything to get Imani's help.

But that's not the only thing the Alpha wants from her. He also wants her heart.

<p>It was time for Lucas' meeting with the council to start and he was waiting for the call to connect. For some reason it was taking longer than usual and Lucas wondered if this was the first thing they were going to give him as punishment – lock him out of the council meeting. Well that wouldn't be a punishment now, would it?</p>

<p>He had already stopped by one of the servers the teenage werewolves chatted on and they had been very excited that he had actually showed up so now he had a lot of birthday gifts to give out. They had made him happier than he was so the chances of him getting pissed by anything the council members say is quite slim.</p>
