Kicking Down Doors
Ziesoo drove to the tiger pack house the celestial kids attending their university dwelled in off-campus
he eyed the building feeling a little sick with anger boiling in his stomach
at the state of his mate he had left back at his place the way they had treated him was beyond atrocious
apparently, everyone was there today including their alpha the space around the house was packed with various vehicles
And he could hear the flow of multiple conversations going at once
he found a spot to park and mounted the porch his friendly brown gaze flashed to an alpha brilliant red and began to glow
Ziesoo casually lifted his leg and kicked in the door the hinges splintered and the door came off violently with a crash to the floor
"What the f**k?" the alpha cried jumping out of his seat on the couch
a video game controller in hand his pack mates all grouped ready to attack the intruder
The alpha released a warning roar that was supposed to scare ziesoo and display his dominance as alpha over his territory
Ziesoo casually opened his mouth and released a deep chesty growl
a low rumble with powerful vibrations that shook the entire house to its foundations as if an earthquake had hit it
All the pack mates including the alpha dropped to the ground baring their necks in submission under the force of it
as they realized they weren't facing just another alpha invader in their packhouse
they were facing The Prince of Tigers he was one born of royal blood,
and if that was just a small growl imagine what he could do with a full snarl or god forbid a roar
It was told a full roar of a royal alpha tiger could be fatal not to mention his high-level celestial powers
that could see them all dead in an instant if he wanted to
"Better" Ziesoo said softly,
he didn't have to speak any louder, to be heard,
you could hear a pin drop anywhere in the house
The heavy footfalls of his boots carried him across the hard wood floor to where the alpha was
Ziesoo picked him by the scruff of his neck, like a rag doll,
his lip curling in repugnance as he looked at him
The alpha was shaking and pale, and looked half ready to piss himself, for such a big strong alpha to be treated this way was unheard off,
not since he was a cub in his mother's arms, had anyone dared to scruff him, or had been able to,
it was considered a very deep insult to scruff an alpha one of absolute disrespect,
Ziesoo kicked the bowls of snacks and cans of drinks off the coffee table sending everything crashing into a mess on the floor
and he slammed the alpha down on top of the table in their place lying flat on his back
Before the alpha could quite grasp his intentions
Ziesoo's hand spanned the alphas forehead as his claws extended from his nail beds
And embedded themselves in his head
Searing pain burned a path through the alphas head he didn't dare scream,
he knew now what he was doing he was severing the link, that bound him to one of the members of his pack
which was why it was so painful to break
For a moment the pain intensified sharply and then suddenly it went cold the last threads of the link turned to ash and crumbled
Taekwon was no longer a part of his pack
Ziesoo released him he winced as the wounds left by his claws stung as they closed and healed
"I want all of Taekwon's stuff packed and brought here to me right now! understand!" Ziesoo ordered
"move! get to it now" the alpha ordered some of the packmates scrambled to their feet and ran upstairs to taekwon's room
"what do you want with a cub like him anyways?" he asked
"none of your f*****g business!" ziesoo replied "but If I catch any, of your packmates smacking him around again like I did last night they will answer to me"
"last night?" he asked in disbelief
"don't give me that bullshit that you didn't know!" Ziesoo snarled
"is that how you allow your pack mates to be treated? how could you let one of your own be killed so casually on your watch? you're a very poor example of an alpha, you're supposed to be protecting your cubs and training them, not abusing them, if the council hears of this, they will have your head, and they might as well since it's pretty much useless on your neck anyways"
the alpha went pale at that
as the pack mates came downstairs with Taekwons stuff packed into two large suitcases
Ziesoo took both from them "I'm out of here I better not see any of your hides on my side of campus or my next visit won't be so polite"
he took Taekwons luggage out of there and loaded them into his car and drove back to his place
Taekwon was asleep in bed when he got back
but he looked a bit better his body was healing quickly thanks to Ziesoo's blood
most of the bruises and swelling on his body were yellowing already
he looked so peaceful and boyish asleep Ziesoo realizing
how truly cute his mate was he had a small face with feline-like features
with the way his eyes were shaped and slanted prettily a vivid blue color with thick sooty long lashes
and a dainty looking small upturned nose he hadn't matured enough and still had baby fat in his cheeks
were soft and pinchable full pink rosy lips with a sensual pouty shape
that looked moist and sweet it was one highlight of his looks along with his sharply cutting jawline and slashing upward
thick elegant eyebrows all under a mop of messy blond hair
he was small in stature and build a little on the side of being too skinny but he had long arms and legs and a lean body
he had several old scars on his body that made ziesoo wonder how he had gotten hurt in the past
but with Ziesoo's blood in his system, those scars were also healing and slowly vanishing from where they had marked him
he woke him gently shaking him
"hey cub wake up i brought your stuff for you"
Taekwon woke up around midafternoon seeing Ziesoo standing over him his eyes holding a faint red glow around the irises
"had something happened?" he asked sleepily he felt strange his head was oddly clear as he sat up
and gazed at Ziesoo again coming to the slow realization
he could no longer feel his alpha or his pack mates inside his head he couldn't feel the mind link to them
"what did you do?" he asked him holding his head in his hand
"I released you from your pack" Ziesoo stated "you don't have to worry about them anymore"
Ziesoo had set him free Taekwon felt his heart swell to bursting unable to stop himself
he launched himself out the bed tackling Ziesoo in a hug
"yah cub!" ziesoo protested catching him the pair nearly tumbling to the floor but Ziesoo steadied them both
his sore ribs protested as he hugged ziesoo tightly but he didn't care about the little bit of pain
"thank you so much" he breathed "I don't know how but ill repay you somehow for this favor"
"its ok tae you don't have to be so grateful you're my mate, of course, ill naturally protect you" Ziesoo replied hugging him back
"get back to bed you nearly yanked out the iv drip be more careful"
he admonished him gently he ruffled his hair setting him back in the bed like a child
"be good and stay put cub better yet take a shower when your drip is done you're kind of stinky of blood and sweat right now"
"sorry" he apologized embarrassed
ziesoo shook his head "ill prepare you some food then I have to go to work"
"I usually have class in the afternoon but I skipped today and then work in the evenings
ok stay here and rest don't leave and go anywhere ok"
"I won't quit worrying will you, it's not like I have anywhere else to be anyways" Taekwon replied
"I'm not worrying" Ziesoo replied he left the room
and Taekwon hugged his pillow thinking about what Ziesoo had just done for him
setting him free from his pack it was something unheard of impossible even in most cases
celestials who belonged to a clan were naturally born into their pack the links were meant to be permanent
impossible to break they weren't just able to sever their ties and leave
what kind of alpha was he even that he was able to do such a thing?
he wondered about Ziesoo's origin, what kind of celestial was he? how was he was so strong? what kind of special powers did he have?
about all these things but soon was drifting off to sleep again his body's recovery was draining away his little energy
