Chapter 18 Blake Dagda's past

"We are so sorry boss, we would have kept it safe...," Ally explained begging, pleading, starting to blame Blake for it,

"Shut up! I don't want to listen to your useless babbling," Tigers eye said

Blake started to block them out, started to remember his past,

"That old man misses you," Avalon's voice entered his head,

"Good catch," Salvatore said to a four-year-old Blake Dagda,

"Thanks, da," young Blake said throws back to him,

"Good job honey, kick his butt," Rhian Dagda said encouraging her son,

"Come on son, can't beat your old man," Salvatore said taunting him,

Young Blake grinned, knowing his father was trying to make him mad, he throws the ball with all of his might, flys and hits the fence, missing Salvatore's head an inch,

"Wow, good job honey," Rhian said stunned by her son's strength, Salvatore has a smile on his face,

"Nice Blake, it already seems like you are getting stronger than me," Salvatore said grabbed the softball, and gave it back to him.

"Thanks," Blake said

"Let's go inside, it's time for dinner," Rhian said leading them inside, Salvatore right next to her holding her hand,

two years went by the family got closer,

"Why don't we go out for dinner," Rhian said

"Yeah! what are we eating?" Blake said dumbfounded

"I say, that burger joint in the city, burgers sound good right now," Salvatore explained his arm around Rhian's shoulder,

"Alright then, Blake get ready and meet us at the car," Rhian said

young Blake ran up the stairs,

"He has grown so much Salvatore," Rhian said smile sadly,

"He has, it helps that he has a great mother looking out for him," Salvatore said with a cheeky smile,

"He does, it helps that he has a good Father as well," Rhian said Salvatore put his hands on her waist,

leaned down, and kissed Rhian, as young Blake ran down the stairs and out the door,

his parents stopped kissing to see him come back in,

"I have no idea where I am going!" Blake said confused

both Salvatore and Rhian chuckled at him,

"It's ok honey," Rhian said holds Blake's hand, and walks out the door,

they got into the car, Rhian and Salvatore talk to each other, young Blake looked out the window seeing cars go by, some certain time the car stopped,

"Honey, we're here, do need help out of the car?" Rhian said Blake opened the door,

"No, I can do it myself, thanks though," Blake said jumping out of the car, Rhian grabbed his hand,

"All alright, son what would you like," Salvatore said

they walked into the restaurant and were about to order, gunshots erupted from outside,

some gang members walked in, Salvatore moved both Blame and Rhian away from the front register,

"Well, Joe. do you have the money," one of them said his raspy voice went through the restaurant,

"I don't have it, you guys took it all last week," Joe said shaking,

"Well... if you don't have it, we will just take a look around shall we?" the guy said threatening him,

his fellow members started to wreck the place and found nothing,

"Where is it! we now have more money than this so hand it over," a girl said grabbing Joe by the shirt, throwing him over the countertop, and shoving a knife next to his face,

"Hey! he said he did not have, so kindly leave," Rhian declared elegantly,

"Why should we lady, who is going to stop us?"

the leader said walking up to her,

"Rhian, darling. what are you doing," Salvatore said holding Blake to his chest,

"Protecting my family," Rhian said puts her hand on a wooden chair,

the chair manifested in a wooden samurai sword. knock the leader out, and look at Joe.

"Call the police quickly," Rhian said clobbering one of them with her sword, Joe did what she said,

"Son stay here, I am going to help your mother," Salvatore said

Blake nodded at his father, Salvatore got up grabbed a plate, and tried to knock on one of them that was blocking the door,

but he grabbed Salvatore's hand, and slammed him on the floor,

Rhian looked back to see Salvatore with a knife on his neck. she pushed away from the female,

ran to the perpetrator,

"You come any closer, and he gets it, lady," The guy said

Rhian halted her advances,

the girl behind her put her in a chokehold,

"I have to help my mother and my father," Blake said under his breath,

got up and grabbed a steak knife, and throws it at the girl, went straight into her shoulder,

the girl yelled in pain,

the guy that was holding Salvatore was distracted, Salvatore bit his hand and fell to the ground,

Rhian quickly whacked the guy on the head, he collapsed Blake started to run to Rhian,

"Mom, you did it...," Blake said

Suddenly a shadow-like knife went into Rhian's Stomach,

"RHINA!!," Salvatore cried out he got up and ran to the girl that hurt Rhina,

the girl tried to run away from him, but Salvatore got to her, picked her up, and removed her hood.

to show a young black haired teen with green eyes,

"Let me go, old man," The girl said trying to get out of his hold,

"Why should...," Salvatore was cut off

"Father," Blake said weeping, holding his mother's hand,

Salvador let go of the girl, went to comfort his dying wife,

"Love, you will be fine, when will the ambulance be," Salvatore said in desperation,

"Darling, it's too late," Rhian said weakly

grabbed his hand,

"Mother, you can't leave me. please," Blake said practically begging his dying Mother,

"Honey, I don't think I have a choice in this matter, but remember that I will always love you both, more than you both will ever imagine," Rhian said looking pale,

"Salvatore, please take care of our son. I am sorry," Rhian said with her last breath,

Young Blake stared at wailing, Salvatore sat next to him, holding him as if his life depended on it, the police and ambulance lights came through the window,

"Snake eyes! are you listening," Tigers eye said

Blake just stared into the distance,

"Yeah boss, I am alright," Blake said got out of his dazed state,

"Good, so as I was saying,

what have you learned about Avalon's skills," Tiger's eye said interested in what they saw,

"She has got stronger, she can make silver knives out of her hands, that's all we know boss," Ally said frustrated

"If that's all then, why isn't she here captured in my grasp. using her to cause mass destruction," Tigers eye said

Ally was about to answer her question,

"She is different from when we last saw her. She is a whole different animal," Blake said in a serious tone,

"What do you mean by that Snake eyes?" Tigers eye said confused,

"My name is Blake," Blake said harshly, hints of black in his green eyes,

"Ok Blake, what did happen while I was knocked out," Ally said disturbed,

"I shouldn't tell them what transpired," Blake thought as he felt their eyes on him, he sighs,

"After she knocked you out,

I got out of the knives and tried to stop her,

but she easily knocked me down, I didn't even see her move.," Blake said with a hint of pink on his checks,

Ally and Tigers eyes looked at each other then back at Blake,

"If she has gotten that strong in this amount of time, she might be a great comrade or our worst nightmare," Tigers eye said

"What do you mean by our worst nightmare? she is nothing compared to me," Ally said gratifying herself,

Blake felt a weird pain in his chest, he looked at his chest put one of his hands where it hurts.

"You arrogant little girl! you have no idea what you are talking about, if you don't remember cause she got you so hard, she knocked you out with one punch, get your head straight.," Tiger's eye said before Ally can rebuttal,

the door opens with a Butler standing out the door.

"Good, we are here, get out I still need to talk to my best spy," Tigers eye said directly to Blake.

"Yes boss," Blake said exits the car, walking away from the car into the base, and straight into his room, and flops on his bed,

still feeling the pain in his chest,

"What did she do to me! I thought I hated her,

what us this feeling," Blake said to himself,

remembering what she said to him,

"This be can't be love," Blake said
