Chapter 140 Moved heart

Avalon wakes up heairg of a meeting she has to be in, She see Sandel watching over Marcello as she walked past by, she smiled at them before heading to the meeting, Damien Luke wherent there still resting as Ally Liz and Jacob appeared to be there with Salvatore next to a happy Jane, 

"She still needs rest after what happened. You want must go to her after she fought like that." 

Avalon moved on the bed truing her back to the door as it opened, a man walked in with a woman beside him telling him that he needed to wait for her to wake up, he just wanted to see her after what he heard happen. He went to the bed and as they told them she was still resting but Sandel is gone, must have been the burning flame in Marcello's room, he looked over her seeing the blanket has fallen off of her, Avalon's breathing softly with hints of her hand tightening on the bed and tears, he moved the blanket over her as he turned to the woman beside him, 

"Make sure the nurses feed her after this..shes going to need it for healing after that fight,"

He said as he walked to the door with the woman she glanced at Avalon with a smile. She took his arm as she said, 

"If she stays like this, she is going to miss the meeting,"

"I dont think she would mind that, Jane,"

He said, opening the door for her as Jane glanced at him, rolling her eyes and saying, "She might not want to for this one, Salvatore,"

Salvatore nodded as he peered at Avalon. He was worried about her after hearing what happened and how her waling was heard for other continents. Mush less the other cities shook from her pain, Salvatore looked at her closing the door behind him and Jane, that when Avalon woke up hearing the door close, she breathed deep as she sat up looking around the room, she couldnt sense Sandel near her...she wasnt there, Avalon moved her legs off the bed hearing the faint voices from the hallway, to her it sound faint but familiar, Avalon stood up her feet hitting the cold floor, she shivered at how cold the floor was until she stopped having her phone and dagger next to her bed, she took them, 

"That's weird, wheres Luke?" Avalon let out

as she walked to the bathroom putting on her shoes as she brushed her hair, she stopped looking into a mirror seeing her pale completion, under her eyes its darken, bruising and purple, Avalon sighed as she moved out of the bath room changed and a bit refreshed, Avalon walked out of the room looking in it one last time before closing the door, she see the halls empty with faint sounds of the air conditioning, she walks down the hall to the medic bay as Avalon hears voice not to far from her, in the middel of the building, Avalon stopped at the medic door hearing some of the voice she heard before talking, 

"He's still stuck in comatose, but his heart is still with her fire beating and moving blood," 

Avalon leaned closer to the door, she hears Sandels voice, but the next voice was new, as his voice filled with concern and worried, telling Sandel, 

"His heart is beating, but that fire in his heart has only grown...is he fighting something in his coma? Is there something that is happening behind his eyes?"

"There is,"

Sandel sounds like she fighting with in herself to even tell him, Sandel moved around Marcellos chest as she looked at his heart seeing the fire building with in him as Marcello fought to live through his darkest hours again, Sandel looked into his heart trying to see all the pain and agony only to see the fire burning around her stopping her from seeing his pain. Sandel huffed when the fire moved quietly when the door opened to the room, Sandel didn't move off Marcello, seeing that the fire in his heart moved away, letting her see what he's fighting, 

"Marcello," 

Sandel whisper sadly, she see him trying to raised his younger brothers while his father was gone working under Morrigan, he helped them feed them and even clothed them until the day he saw his father die at the hands of the mafia, he watched it all wanting to cry out but if he did he wouldve been caught, those day he had to be the father having to be in other gangs by the means of money. Just for them he did it until they grew and they saw what he and Damien had to do, they made that dission to go against the gangs as bounty hunters Sandel see how him and Avalon met making his heart race when Avalon asked her and the nurse,

"How is he? why is Sandel on his heart like that?" 

His heart reacted just to her words beating with every word, like shes his life line Sandels eyes widen as the fire parts for her seeing him and Avalon in her house talking and eat, before it went to him and her in the hospital bed when she appeared again, he held her face giving words of encouragement, as she smiled at him tears falling from her face, his heart raced at the memory as she sees a faint smile on his, Sandel moved away as she mutters, 

"It's her she helping him," 

"Who's helping who?"

Avalon asked, Sandel looked up at Avalon, seeing her beside the bed looking down at the two worried but smiled as she noticed his smile, Sandel moved closer to Avalon and explained,

"His heart, it's not letting me see what he's fighting until you came in Avalon,"

Avalon stared down at them worried before seeing his heart monitor, its fine it looks like its been normal all night when it spiked, Avalon looked back down at Sandel, 

"Whats he fighting?" 

"His past what he can't let go. Until you came in," 

Sandel said as she moved Avalon closer to him, She took Avalon's hand, placing it on his chest as his heart reacted, it beats faster with the heat from the fire moving around with heat. it wanted to go back to Avalon but stayed as it was keeping Marcello alive, Sandel watched the fire move with Avalon as she see Marcello having memories of Avalon in his coma, hes fighting his past but with Avalon he seemed all to done with it, Sandel moved away from Marcello's heart looking at Avalon,

"You just moved his heart in more than one way," 

Avalon looked at her confused until she felt the fire in his heart move with her hand, Avalon looked back at Sandel worried as she removed all her hands all together, Avalon looked at the nurse asking, 

"Has that happened before in here?" 

The nurse shook her head and went to the monitors. She looked through them, seeing that it only happened one time, when Avalon walked in. the nurse looked back at Avalon, 

"No, it only happened once Avalon... when you walked in,"

Avalon kept her reaction to herself nodding at her as she turned to Sandel, her eyes showed what she truly felt, she felt hurt...she hurt him by this Sandel moved to her walking up her arm as she said,

"Avalon, you kept him alive, and now we have to figure out how to wake him up again, and we will," 

Sandel sat on Avalons shoulder as Avalon looked at Marcello, then her, her eyes softened as she nodded, 

"Yeah...Sandel, i just dont know how to," 

Sandel would smile if she could, but she said this, "That's what we are going to do. Avalon, you just gave me an insight," 

Avalon nodded at Sandel as then the nurses said, 

"Avalon, isn't there a meeting you need to be in?" 

Avalon and Sandel looked at her and node, 

"I do, dont i," 

Avalon glanced at Marcello and told her, "Yes i do, keep an eye on him for me...that fire in his heart is unperdictibal," 

Avalon and Sandel walked to the door as Sandel chuckled and said, "The same can be said for you, Avalon,"

Avalon glared playful at Sandel as she laughed with her walking out of the room with the nurse watching over Marcello,
