Nothing More

The door was knocked on and the mbok brought drinks and confectionery on a tray to the table between Kaylila and Gladys sitting.

"Sorry to interrupt, Ms. Kay. The mbok wants to deliver this drink and confectionery." The mbok walked slowly to put the confectionery and drink that he brought.

"Thank you, Mbok," Kaylila told the mbok.

"Long time no see, Mbok. It was almost three days ago after our last meeting." Gladys insinuates the mbok. "Thank you, and sorry to be troublesome."

Gladys's innuendo and utterances were simply ignored by the mbok. Because it's free for Gladys to say that, it's not going to work.

"The mbok lives, yes, Ms. Kay. If you need anything, the mbok is downstairs."

The worried-faced mbok retreated from kaylila and Gladys after getting the nod from Kaylila.

"It's great to have someone who cares so much about us." This time gladys's innuendo was directed at him.
