"Huh uh...."

He felt like his head would crack open and his brain would skedaddle. Like his heart would hop off where twas and he would be left lifeless. Like his soul would walk out on him and he would be left with no choice but to drop dead on the earth.

The creature had the head of a human, but from its waist down, twas a horse. A Centuar.

Nothing really was special about its color or so. It had a carton color and the human part of it was so natural and with no odds.

He felt like saying a word to the Centaur, but he wasn't sure if he was courageous enough.

He should be able to find his words. It's a man to man thing. Why be jumpy?

As he stood there, he was trying to process why he hadn't seen that kind of creature ever before? Why would he had to see it at that moment.

There was no answer to that but that didn't relegate it to not being a question.

"Mortal."

He heard his name from inside the hut. Twas Vigor's voice.
