#Chapter 46

*Draco's POV*

I ran to the Slytherin common room, the group was sitting near the fire place.

"Guys!" I said,"I have some news!"

They looked up at me.

"Really? What is it?" Asked Pansy.

I smirked,"Sirius Black was in the Gryffindor Tower to get Potter."

"No way!"

"We should definitely tell Rose, she said that something might happen today because it is Halloween," Blaise said.

I scowled at him, I did not like Blaise at all.

"Sometimes I think Rose is a seer, no wonder she chose divination," Daphne said.

"I will go call her from our dorms," Tracey said.

*Rose's POV*

Blaise and I had started the prank.

We had snuck into the girls dorms while everyone was at the feast.

I was laying on my bed, and the Bat's Blood Soup around me.

Blaise had written a note to give a hint that Sirius black had come into our Girls' dorm.

After some time, Tracey came in, calling my name, and saying that Draco had something to tell me.

She took one look at me.

I could hear her breathing very heavily.

Then all of a sudden she ran out of our dorms calling everyone.

Soon they all rushed in looking shocked.

Blaise was standing behind them, smirking.

Draco turned him, and Blaise quickly gave a shocked face.

"You!" Draco said full of anger, like he wanted to punch Blaise in the face.

"No, wait!" Pansy said,"There is a note!"

They read the note.

Pansy put the note down, once they had read it, her hand trembling.

"S-Sirius B-Black was h-here?" Tracey stuttered.

"Looks like it," Blaise said, glaring at Draco.

I couldn't keep quite any longer, I burst out laughing and soon enough, Blaise joined me as well.

We high-fived each other.

The others had confused faces so I shouted,"YOU HAVE BEEN PRANKED!"

"You pranked us?!"

Blaise and I smirked.

"Blaise was in this prank too?" Draco asked.

"Yup," I said.

Draco glared at Blaise.

"Okay, what is going on, Draco? You have been acting so weird whenever I am around Blaise," I said.

"N-Nothing," he stuttered.

Just then we were called.

It was Sev that had called us, everyone in the common room infact.

''Follow me, everyone,'' Sev said.

We followed him in lines to the Great Hall, confused.

''What do you think is wrong?" I whispered.

They shrugged.

"Didn't you guys listen to me?!" Draco whisper-shouted.

We looked at him confused.

Draco facepalmed his face,"Sirius Black was in the Gryffindor Tower."

"Oh yeah."

Draco rolled his eyes.

"The teachers and I need to conduct a thorough search of the castle," Professore Dumblesore told us,"I am afraid, for your own safety, you will have to spend night here. I want the prefects to stand guard over the entrances of the Hall and I am leaving the Head Girl and Head Boy in charge. Any disturbance must me reported to me immiediatly. Send word with one of the ghosts. Oh yes you will be needing..."

With one casual wave of his wand, the tables flew to the edges of the Hall and stood themselves against the wall.

Another wave and the floor was filled with thousands of squashy, purple sleeping bags.

"Sleep Well," said Professor Dumbledore, closing the Great Hall's door behind him.

We all immiedetly started to talk.

"Come on." Draco said to us.

We went near Harry, Hermione and Ron.

"We can sleep here, I anyway want to listen to their conversation," Draco said.

"Everyone into your sleeping bags!" shouted Percy,"Come on now, no more talking, lights out in ten minutes."

I groaned,"This sucks!"

"Do you think Black is still in the castle?" I heard Hermione whisper. No one else other then Harry, Ron and I had heard her.

"Dumbledore obviously think he might be," Ron replied.

"It is very lucky he picked tonight, you know?" said Hermione,"The one night we weren't in the tower."

"I reckon he has lost track of time being on run. Didn't realise it was Halloween, otherwise he would have come bursting in here!" Ron exclaimed.

Hermione suddered.

"How did Black get in, anyway?" Crabbe asked.

"I don't know, I don't think anyone does, not even Dumbledore himself," Theodore replied.

"Yeah," I said,"I don't think Dumbledore knows at all."

"Maybe Black knows how to apparate," a Ravenclaw near us suggested,"Just appear out of thin air, you know..."

"Disguised himself, probably," said a 5th year Hufflepuff

"He could have flown in," suggested Dean Thomas, a Gryffindor.

"Seriously," I said.

"Are we the only ones that have bothered to read Hogwarts a History," Hermione finished.

"Probably. Why?"

Hermione and I rolled our eyes.

"Because the castle is protected by more then walls, you know," Hermione said.

"Yeah! There are all sorts of enchantments on it, to stop people from entering it by stealth. You can't just apparate in here," I said.

"And I would like to see the disguise that could fool those dementors," Hermione added,"They are gaurding every entrance of the grounds, They would have seen him flying too and Filch knows all the secret passageways."

"The lights are going out now," Percy said,"No more talking!"

The candles all went out at once.

The only light that came were from the ghosts that were drifting about, talking seriously to the prefects.

"I can't sleep," I whispered to Hermione,"It is so uncomfortable here, and it is too early!"

I could only suppose what Hermione was doind, but I guessed that she rolled her eyes,"Not my fault you sleep late."

She then turned her back to me. I sighed and did the same to her, now facing Tracey.

I was awake till late, when all of my friends had fallen asleep.

I didn't know what the time was, but Dumbledore had come into the Great Hall.

I watched him as he looked around for, most probably, Percy. He also told some people off for talking.

Every time Dumbledore did so, I smirked, I don't know why I did so.

Dumbledore came closer to my sleeping bag.

I quickly shut my eyes and started to pretend like I was asleep.

"Any sign of him, Professor?" asked Percy in a whisper.

"No, all well here?" Dumbledore replied.

"Everything under control, Sir."

I raised my eyebrow. How could it be undercontrol if children were still talking?

"Good there is no point moving them all now. I found a temporary Gaurdian for the Gryffindor Potrait hole. You will be able to move them back in tomorrow, and the fat Lady-"

Lady? They had a Lady guarding the Portrait hole? I missed out on some of what Dumbledore said because of Tracey stretching next to me.

The door of the Great Hall creaked open and I heard some more footsteps.

"Headmaster?"

It was Sev.

I kept as still as I could. I had this feeling inside of me, the same one from the night I was taken in by Sev. The same one from my very first Potions class when Sev had turned to look at me and asked me to answer a few questions that Harry couldn't.

I thought suddenly struck into my mind. Perhaps.. Sev knew how to do occlumency?

All of a sudden I started to feel sleepy.

No, I had to carry on, I had to listen to them.

But I couldn't stay awake.

I closed my eyes and fell into a deep sleep.
