"The World Krieg, our home world – a Death World – it has become. A once thriving Imperialist key planet… Until weak paranoid men led the world astray and traded its beauty for debauchery and insular care…

But by the Emperor, the sins of our forebears can only be repaid by blood, and loyalty. As for penance, we seek death as for an atonement by our own volition…

Now let it be remembered, when we do meet with death…

Everything that is beautiful is by the touch of the Emperor's will, and through us and our death, we seek to expand and protect Mankind's beauty…

In life, war! In death, peace! In life, shame!-

In death, atonement!"

The hundreds that recited the litany all screamed in unison, the many Death Korps guardsmen that was in the trenches joined in the war cries. For a regiment that see no benefits in communicating with others of the Astra Militarum. It was surprising to the others, when a regiment that didn't had need for morales were the ones instead boosting the very thing Death Korps guardsmen lacked.

And who else but the freshly appointed Kommisar – Kaiser – as he led at the front of the charge.

It was a blur, almost as if it were memories. But it was too realistic, too real to be illusions or a dream. It was reality. Yet how was it that it seemed impossible to control her own body, especially when she knew that an Ork was about to appear on the left through the misty fog. She fought and urge to move and pay attention on the left, but it was futile – her body wasn't hers to control – as the event played out as it had used to.

A couple of miss shots failed to strike as her body finally took notice, the fog was too thick and the other were spread too thin. Those shots were definitely aimed at her, but the smoke made it too difficult to be able to trace where the shots originated and trace the enemy's position.

Alone, but not entirely as the battle raged on as Orks roared and men screamed. Guns continued to run rampant as boots and large feet shook the ground. But at the moment, it was just her and a stalking Ork.

It was sneaking effectively well with the hazard environment, and because of that she could only wait for it to attack again and reveal its position, while preferably making it through that stage first. With a raised lasgun, she continued to walk – not sprint nor run – as she continued to aim it all around over.

She just needed a location and she would hit her mark. However, it seemed to realize what the soldier's intention were.

Although the little battle between her and the ork was on a standstill, didn't meant that the war going on around them was too. Charging blindly through a fog, another greenskin ork came roaring as it wielded a large dull and rusted axe. It let out a mighty – WAAAGH – as its behemoth size shook the ground.

A shot or multiple struck its mark as she adjusted her aim and fired. But it did little to kill or even deter the huge monstrous beast. Though, she did not falter in the face of the adversary, but she didn't give up neither. However, her vision was becoming blurry, and disfigured. Until all that she saw was…

"Do you reckon you can carry them, Cassiopeia?" the medium-sized and fairly young man asked as he is about to lift up an unconscious body of a soldier. "I think you often forget, comrade Anatole. I am very much able to carry twice my weight. Even before I receive the gift." Cassiopeia responded with humour.

"Then I will carry this one – who seems rather light – for a soldier."

Bebeck, the only female among them decided as she carried the soldier by her back. It wasn't safe if the soldier apparently woke up at an unprecedented time and comes to a conclusion it was at that moment to start beginning to choke the defenceless speedster. Although, the soldier could try and knock her out. If the soldier could knock her out before she had the chance to respond in kind.

As Bebeck contemplated whether she had gotten stronger, as how she could carry a soldier more easily, it seemed her questions were answered when the soldier's chest touched her back.

'It was a woman…'

It was a rarity in the Soviet Union for women to be soldiers, although in desperate times, even a woman could be as feracious in the absent of a man. Furthermore, majority of the men were being conscripted, and while they were being assigned to tasks and roles befitting them. Sometimes, a woman would have to do in certain jobs – like to be a soldier – which was a voluntarily act and devotion. Unlike the men.

Bebeck was quiet for a moment, or two, as she glanced at the unconscious female soldier, who she was very much giving a piggyback ride. "Alright, everyone done being couriers?" Then a voice snapped her thoughts as the speedster from America spoke up.

"Good, now let's be on the move."
