Apex Adventurers' Hideout, 7:56 AM◢
It was early and the Morning when Kin woke up. The Town was already busy at this point, Either setting up their shops to sell Food, accessories, while others are inside their home preparing breakfast for their children or themselves. The first thing Kin did to start the day was Push-ups and Sit-ups. After that, he needs something to eat, In which case he has to go downstairs. He went outside his room and proceeded to go downstairs. He entered the kitchen and met their head maid.
"Good morning, Sir."
Said their head maid as she bowed.
(NAME: Takeda Kaiya
AGE: 17
OCCUPATION: Head Maid)
The Explicit Head Maid of the Base. Expert as cleaning, cooking, basically every house chores. She started working here 3 years after Kisho took custody of Kin and trained him.
"T-Takeda-san... Good Morning! Have you seen Hayashi-san?"
Last night, Hayashi told Kin that she'll be training Kin temporarily for 3 days since Kisho will be away for quite some time.
"She's probably in her room, sleeping."
◤Hayashi's Room, 7:49 AM◢
"d... damn stupid Kisho..."
Said the sleep talking Hayashi, while drooling.
"Eh...? W-What about Fuji-san?"
"I don't know either... maybe in the mountains? He's always there every morning." Takeda answered Kin's question.
"R-right..."
It took forever for Hayashi-san to wake up. Instead of waiting inside the Hideout, Kin decided to walk around town without any of his gear, besides his Dagger, for emergency purposes. He thought to himself that all he has done was training. Kin decided to take the day off and enjoy for once.
◤Town, 8:13 AM◢
He went to every shop he saw. Come to think of it, he had tons of Money, Since he never gets chances to spend them. He has 43 Gold Coins and 25 Silver Coins. He has eaten at restaurants, bought new clothes, stuff like that. Walking in Town can also be tiring, so he decided to go home after all the shopping and passed by a dark alley. It was uncomfortably quiet and empty, until someone called out to him and whispered:
"Hey, Kid... Do you want some Money?".
Kin immediately agreed, since Kisho-san need some he might be able to help... the man pulled him somewhere and aimed a knife at him.
"So, how can I receive the money?" Kin asked.
He proceeded to aim the knife at Kin and demanded for all his Belongings.
Kin didn't get what was happening, but he knew one thing... It was a waste of time. He casually walked his way of the situation. The bad guy was also confused, he decided to ignore Kin and gave up instead of pursuing him.
Kin walked and walked and eventually got lost...
It's his first time out in town, so he doesn't know a single thing. In other words: He's a complete idiot at anything except combat. He lost his way because of the routes he's unfamiliar with.
"This is so embarrassing... A Supreme-Tier Adventurer getting lost in town." Kin said.
"Ah! But I've worn a Mask since I became Elite-tier, and I don't talk too much when I'm with Kisho-san. I'll ask a few people for directions... I'm sure they'll never notice I'm the Red Fox—"
"Mom, look! The Red Fox!"
a random kid shouted. Kin was shocked since he hasn't met any kid all his life.
WHAT?! EVEN LITTLE KIDS KNOW MY APPEARANCE?!
Kin thought to himself as he turned around and saw figures of himself... Action Figures. Kin heaved a sigh of relief.
"—I thought he was referring to me."
"Referring to you?"
"M-Murakami-san!?"
(NAME: Murakami Hanako

NICKNAME: Blink
TITLE: Youngest Ace-Tier Adventurer

Ranks. In this world there are only 5 Adventurer Ranks:
Apex, being the Highest, only a few people have reached this rank.
Ace, the Second Highest Rank and where Murakami's currently in. Not far nor close to the strength of Apex Adventurers.
Supreme, Kin's current Rank, you can say the Supreme-Tier Adventurers are professionals, but they still have a lot of training to do to catch-up to Apex and Ace-tier adventures.
Elite, these are your average level Adventurers. Most of the Adventurers in Velenum (which is our country), are identified as Elite.
Rookie, these are beginners, they usually get bullied by Elite-tier Adventurers.
Ranks are based on your Stats, which is determined by the Guild. The Guild has someone who has the Skill "Scan". It is not an ability that can be learned. You can only acquire Scan, if you were born with it. Fortunately Kin is lucky enough to have scan in his ability list.
To be in Apex Rank: your Speed, Strength, Stamina must be SS or above, and Intelligence must be A+

To be an Adventurer you must have a Stat that is at least C+, if not, you aren't qualified to be an Adventurer. The job might kill you.
"I don't usually see you here, Kin. What are you doing here?" Murakami asked.
"W-well..."
Murakami, the Youngest Ace-Tier Adventurer. Murakami taught Kin on how to use a Dagger and Knives properly and efficiently. Kin also definitely can't tell her that he's lost, It'll affect her vision of him. She kept telling "Kin, you have the potential to be the strongest amongst the adventurers" in their trainings. Kin doesn't want her to lose faith in him.
"I-I have some errands to do for Hayashi-san, hehe..." Kin nervously chuckled.
"Errands? What would Hayashi-san do with toys?"
"Toys? What are you talking about?"
"This is the Toy District, Kin."
Toy District...? SUCH THING EXIST?! I completely blew it! I have to think of something!
"S-she likes collecting them, so..."
"I see..."
Phew. Good thing she bought it.
"What about you, Murakami-san? What are you doing here?"
"Oh, Me? I came here to buy your Action Figure! It just came out this morning. Look, it comes with your Mask and your weapons!"
People heard what Murakami's talking about, and started facing at their direction.
"Murakami-san, C-can you keep your Voice down? I don't want anyone to find out I'm the— you know? My adventurer name?"
Kin whispered to Murakami
"Ah, I'm sorry. Then I shall be on my way now. See you around, Kin!"
Murakami then proceeded walked away.
"Yeah, see ya...!"
Good thing she didn't know I was lost. Wait... I'm lost... And I forgot to ask for Directions.
Oh, well. I could just ask other people.
Kin asked a few people on how to get to the Guild. The more people he asked, the more he knew how much he strayed away from the Hideout.
◤Hideout, 10:03 AM◢
After a few hours, he finally arrived at the Hideout. He wondered why there was no one in the living room.
Fuji-san usually lazes around the living room every night, and Hayashi-san scolds Kisho-san for whatever reason.
He went Upstairs and checked on Hayashi's room, No one was there. He checked the Entertainment room, No one was there. Lastly, he checked the Kitchen— he found Kisho continuously apologizing and telling his reasons.
"What's going on here? Ah— Kisho-san, you're three days early..."
"I know, because I got mugged! I went here to Report."
How can an Apex Adventurer be Robbed...?
Kin thought to himself.
"You see, I was walking up into a Valley near here."
There are no Valleys nearby, Kisho-san...
Kin could've said that out loud but chose not to.
"Then there's these scary looking dudes. They went up to me and said: 'Give us all your money!' (Imitating Shady Voice). I was so scared, and gave the 100 Platinum Coins to them! Now, all I have is 150 Platinum Coins."
Kisho handed the the 150 Platinum Coins.
"And also, Kin lend me his aid by giving me money from his Savings."
"WHAT?! I Didn't!"
Kin Yelled.
"*sigh* It can't be helped you're this stupid."
Said Hayashi wearing a disappointed look on her face.
"Kin. Please. Come with Sasaki-san tomorrow. We need to pay the Avilliers this instant."
I had nothing to do with this issue, though.
Kin thought. He has no choice but to go with Kisho in doing Quests. Though, Kisho would be fine alone, too bad he loves slacking off.
