A couple of hours would go by and Ian was building the frame for the computer.
"Man, these guys must be making a supercomputer," said Ian. He made a frame that was about five feet tall by wielding melted scrape pipes together.
Inside Schaffe and Phil were building the motherboard.
"Damn, we are still missing some parts," said Phil.
"Yeah, it would work better if I had the right parts," said Schaffe. They see Alan walk in with a large bag.
"What up?" asked Phil.
"Well, I went around and looked for parts for you," said Alan.
"Oh, where you find them?" asked Schaffe.
"I looked through every tech store in the Albany area and found some things for you as a thanks for saving my rotten ass," said Alan.
"Alright," said Phil. They looked through the bag and found parts that would work great with the computer and even more.
They stood in front of the computer all hooked up.
"Alright, time to fire her up," said Phil. Schaffe presses the button and it starts up and works.
"Awesome, this is great it is like a supercomputer," said Schaffe, he was amazed by typing in code into it. "It, so fast."
"Glad, it might help with our speed on jobs now," said Phil.
"You did good too," said Ian. "Even finding the right parts for this."
"Thanks," said Alan.
"Well, I think we got a good thing going," said Phil.
"How about it? Would you like to join us?" asked Schaffe.
"You guys do not seem that bad I guess I can stay away if you do not mind a Ghoul," said Alan.
"Not at all, you and Schaffe could be good friends, he a vault dweller," said Phil.
"I guess you were a lucky one," said Alan.
"Yeah, but you have to admit you are as well," said Schaffe.
"I was a cop back then in Upstate New York back then," said Alan.
"Oh, I too was from there from a small village in the mountains," said Schaffe.
"We could have met but I would not remember has been a couple hundred years," said Alan.
"I never got in trouble," said Schaffe. "I was more afraid my mom would do if I got in trouble."
"Man, hearing about you in your old life makes me feel sad," said Phil.
"I was a bit of an introvert back then. But I open more in the last year," said Schaffe.
"Yeah, I give you that," said Phil.
"You must be a programmer back then?" asked Alan.
"That right, I was fresh out of college ready to start my dream job at Robo Co. Video Game Department," said Schaffe.
"You were going to make video games? That sounds pretty good," said Alan.
"Well, we should get back to work. we have a lot of jobs to catch up on now," said Phil.
"Yeah, now we got a good working computer," said Schaffe. "Our jobs might get easier." They get back to work on building robots and programmers.
