Interlude

There were 2 dragons standing side by side. They were staring at each other, but they were not sizing each other up at all. The black dragon knew who would win, he had tried it before, and luckily the purple dragon that he was with had spared him of his life, over and over again.

He still did not like the purple dragon at all, and he wished that at any day, while he had his back turned, that he could kill the purple dragon. He knew that it would do no good for him in the end, he would get killed for it, the black dragons loved him as a leader.

Besides, they had the same idea, and the same goal, even if they did not get along in the end. What was that goal in fact? Yes... It was to kill the red dragons and the humans, and to wipe them off of the face of the earth... The black dragon knew that.

He had weighed it all out, and he knew that the smarter choice was to at least kill the humans and the red dragons, and after that he would kill that purple dragon. That is when the black dragons would rule the world, as they so rightfully deserved to as well.

His mother, she had been killed by a red dragon in the last war... He barely knew her, but he knew that she was a good and loving dragon... Because of her murder, it brought out a rage and a hate of red dragons for him, and he could not wait to see the day where the red dragons met their demise.

That was not it though... He was not the only one that had been hurt by the death of his mother... His father, he had been a leader of one of the black dragon tribes, he had been badly hurt by the death of his wife, so he left his tribe, and he went rogue.

That is where the humans came in, and they had hunted him down, and then they had killed him... For no reason at all... He had killed a couple of humans all ready, and he could not wait to kill a couple more, and then to squish them into a pulp.

He shook his head though, as he realized at the same time, that he had gotten his mind off of the topic of why he had come here in the first place, for the private meeting with his leader. The leader was in fact a bit suspicious of him as well, as he still could not stop thinking of the past times they had with each other.

The purple dragon stared him down, as it was quite intimidating for the black dragon as well. It made the purple dragon happy to see that kind of look on his face as well, as it made him feel a big sense of power as well. His goal was to be known as the strongest dragon ever.

He did not care what it took to get there, and he did not care who he had to kill to get there as well. Even his old friend Himla, yes... He knew that at some point they would meet, and once it was over, that is when the end of the war would be.

He had already ended the prophecy of the destined dragon, not all prophecies necessarily came true in the end. Once Himla was dead, and that human was gone, than there would be no one to get in his way, and no one that would stop him from ruling the world.

It cracked quite a smile on his face, as he was staring down the black dragon still. The black dragon gulped to himself, as if he thought that he might have made a mistake calling this meeting in the first place, as he knew that Plyma, could kill him at any point.

He lifted his head up, trying to stay strong at the same time as well, though it was quite hard for him to do. He was in fact scared of this dragon, and he knew that there was no way that he could beat him in a fair fight. This was the strongest dragon that he had ever met.

He shivered a little bit, but he still nodded to Plyma, as he could tell that Plyma felt like he had something to say to him in the first place. Plyma looked a bit confused for a few moments, but he shook it off, and then he began to talk to the black dragon.

"Joergen... Why did you call me here to this meeting? If you try to kill me again, it might be the last time that you will be able to." He said to the black dragon. The black dragon looked at him for a few moments, and then he moved back a bit confused and a bit surprised, but he shook his head back at Plyma.

Plyma squinted his eyes at the black dragon, as it seemed as though he did not believe him. In his mind, he knew what it was like when he did things like this, and he was pretty sure that Joergen was going to try and kill him once again.

He had gotten quite tired of it, and he was tired of having to watch his back at all times as well. He pulled he claws in and out, as though Joergen was some sort of prey to him. It scared Joergen quite a bit, but he did his best to stay strong, and try and act a little tough for once, though when he spoke back to Plyma, he stumbled over a few of his words.

"I... I think that your dau... Your daughter might be betraying us... Please do not get angry at me... I am not the only one that is thinking this. Ever since she went missing for a bunch of time, a lot of others think this way. Have you not noticed that she goes missing several days at a time?" He said back to Plyma, getting his words more steady the more he spoke.

Plyma looked at him for a few moments, and then he squinted his eyes at him, as he began to get a little bit closer to Joergen. Joergen moved back a bit, as he thought that he might have made a mistake telling him that. He knew that he loved his daughter so much, he would never believe that.

Plyma pulled out his claws, and he pretended to swing at Joergen, but then he stopped at then began to lick his paws with a bit of a smile on his face, happy to see that Joergen had such a scared look on his face at the same time as well.

Joergen then realized that he was just trying to scare him, and he shook it off, as Plyma had a grin on his face still. He looked at Joergen for just a few moments longer, and then he put his paws down onto the ground. After a few moments of silence, he then began to speak to Joergen.

"I know this now... But what do I do about it? I am not going to kill her... If that is your plan." Plyma said back to him, staring him down at the same time as well. The black dragon sat there for a bit longer, not expecting that response at all, and he began to think a few thoughts of what to do in his brain.

He had not thought of that sort of response to his leader, and he was quite sure that he was about to be killed as well for even saying something like that about his daughter, but it came to a bit of a surprise to him when he had such an open mind this time.

Then something clicked in his brain, as it made sense to him now... She could be a puppet, just a little string, and she did not have to be killed. He looked back at Plyma with a bit of a smile on his face at the same time as well, which seemed as though it were quite a surprise to him as well, as he listened to what it was that Joergen had to say.

"Well... We do not have to kill her... But what if we could use her..." He said to Plyma. Plyma looked at him for a few moments, a bit confused, but he then nodded for Joergen to continue on. "If she is speaking to Himla... We can send out dragons to catch her scent... Then we can listen to what it is that she says. We can also find out where they are at, and we can go and kill them."

Plyma looked at him for a few moments, and then he began to stroke his chin. It seemed like quite a good idea to him, but it still seemed like there was something that was missing, that could also help them as well. It then clicked on him, and he looked back at Joergen with a smile. This time it did not phase Joergen, as he knew he was not doing it to scare him. They both nodded to each other however, as Plyma then began to speak.

"I have a better idea... You get Jinsun and a few others to tell her our "plans" and then follow her. Our new plans that we will tell her is that we are splitting our group apart and leaving me on my own... But really... We are going to have black dragon tribes all over my place. We can trap them, and they will have not expected it." Plyma said to Joergen.

Joergen looked at him a bit surprised for a few moments, as it was a lot for him to take in at the same time as well. It then began to click in his head at the same time though. It was a perfect idea, and it was a great plan. Once they killed Himla, then it would be all easy pickings from there. He looked at Plyma and then nodded to speak to him, Plyma nodded back to let him know he could, as he finally did so.

"Sounds great... Ill get right to it I suppose." He said to Plyma. He was for once happy to have him as a leader to his tribe, as he knew that things were going to go great now. This would surely be the end now, right?

Plyma nodded to Joergen, and Joergen nodded back again, and then he flew up into the sky to head back over to camp, and tell Jinsun the news, and the plan on what was about to happen. Plyma cracked a smile, as he looked in front of him... Now it was time to kill Himla...
