After his mother set them up in a quiet corner of the library, she headed over to the reference desk to chat with some old colleagues.

Trisha turned her back to them and focused on Nick. "I like your parents."

Nick grunted, not removing his gaze from the computer monitor. "They like you, too." Scrolling down, he checked his notebook and mumbled to himself.

Trisha wondered what they were looking for. She and Brad had already done countless internet searches. She asked Nick what was on her mind.

"You checked the internet. These are the Journal archives. Madison didn't have anything, but I don't think whoever removed them would think to do that in Milwaukee. Ah ha," he muttered.

Trisha surveyed the screen. "Is that Alexandra's death notice?"

"Yep." Clicking a few keys, he brought the page larger. "I searched articles surrounding the date the attorney gave us. This is all that popped up."
