The Start

"..What?" The annoying large and demonic looking being confusedly stated. Though it's appearance was rather frightening, I was mainly indifferent as I am with pretty much everything else. Damn, I sound like an edge lord.

With a shrug, I reply "I said that I agree to your proposition." The demonic being looked at me with its hollow eyes for a few moments before raising his brows and affirming "Huh. You know, I really expected you say 'Agh, I'll never submit to you, vile creature!' or something.." Scratching the back of his head, he nervously chuckled. This guy, I can get behind. He's so much more likable then anyone I've ever had the displeasure of meeting.

Shrugging once more, I say "Well the thing is, I couldn't care less about my life back on earth. You giving me this opportunity is.. Honestly one of the only things I'm happy about."

Faking the action of wiping a tear, the being sighs and declares "I'm glad.." Leaning back against the ginormous void black throne he was sitting on, the being offers what appeared to be a smile and says "Great! You know, this is my first time.. I'm a little nervous.."

Scrunching my face in disgust, I reply "You don't have to act like I'm about to take your virginity.. It's just a reincarnation.." Scratch what I previously thought. Not chill.

He dismissively waves his hand and says "Oh, I know, I know.. It's just, It's so nerve racking, you know? All the others have already done their own things, but I have yet to have any fun.. Anywhoo~. What do you say we get this show on the road." His face contorts into a wide grin as he claps his hands excitedly. In response, I simply nod and lean back against the sofa he had the decency to warp into existence.

Without standing from his throne, the being waves his hand once more as a rather large roulettes wheel falls from the sky. "Dramatic.." I mutter with barely concealable sarcasm. The being ignores my negativity and enthusiastically says "Right?! Ah, it is soo~ satisfying, is it not?"

Reluctantly standing from the comfortable sofa, I take a step towards the wheel while saying "So, I'm assuming, I'm supposed to spin this?" Seeing the being nod with a smile, I question "What will this wheel decide? Ability.. World..?"

After he motions to the wheel, a myriad of words appear on the many different sections of the wheel. Obviously, this wheel would be deciding which world I would be going to, considering it had things such as 'Harry potter',' One Piece', and 'Boku no Pico.' I don't think I've ever heard of that last one. If only I still had google..

Without bothering to hide his excitement, the being gleefully says "Come on! Spin it already! The suspense is killing me!"

Scoffing, I walk in front of the massive wheel and grab the handle positioned at the bottom. with a single push utilizing all of the strength I could muster, I pushed the handle, which went a lot faster then I would have expected from something of it's size.

After a few dozen seconds that felt like minutes, the arrow continuously slows down until it comes to a halt. The world which the arrow stopped on was something I was conflicted about. Highschool DxD. Of course, like any other healthy male, I've wacked off and uncountable amount of times to the girls from that series, but still. There are beings that can pop the planet if they so wish to.

As if reading my thoughts, the being held his chin as he said "Ooh~, Highschool DxD. A very interesting option. Don't think that's a very good world to start in, but oh well! It's not like I'm the one getting reincarnated, Bwahahah!"

Scowling, I interrupt his irksome laughter by saying "So, now what? Are you going to send me off, or maybe another wheel?"

Scratching his chin, the being answers "Oh.. I didn't really think about that part. Ahh, how about this. I'll grant you," Holding up his dark hand, he raises a single finger and continues, affirming "1 single wish, as well as a wheel spin."

It's not like I could disagree anyway, so without hesitation, I said "Sure. I do have one question though." Seeing that I got his attention, I asked "What exactly does this wheel entail? Does it just have random abilities?"

Shaking his head, he answers "Well, partially. It will have anything from random items to abilities to even characters. So, if the wheel lands on.. I don't know~, Goku. You would receive all his abilities, items as well as his appearance. If you land on a random item or ability, well obviously you would get whatever you land on."

The wheel that was previously in front of me disappears, but another quickly falls from the sky, landing in the same spot and making me stumble back slightly. Glaring at the wheel, I grab the same handle from before as I push it with considerably less force then before. Once more, the arrow goes over the dozens- if not hundreds- of options on the wheel. It passes over 'Solid Script Magic', 'Staff of Ainz Ool Gown', and even 'Saitama.' How lucky I would be to acquire his ability to end everything with a single punch.

The arrow begins to slow and slow, Ultimately landing on a character I was familiar with. An unrealistically handsome man with almost glowing red eyes and long black hair. Atop his head was a dark red fedora and his smile was creepily sinister. The overpowered weapon of the Hellsing Organization, Alucard. Seeing the result of the wheel, I can't help but smile in anticipation. Not only is Alucard one of my favorite characters in fiction, but he's also incredibly strong.

Holding his chin with a smile, the being says "Ooh~, what a good prize! I can't help but feel a little envious, you know~?" Scoffing, I reply "As if. Aren't you some reality warping god-like being or something?"

Waving his hand, the being dismissively mutters "Oh, I suppose.. It's just not the same, you wouldn't understand.." Clapping his hands, he gleefully says "What do you say we use your wish now? I'm dying from the anticipation, you know?"

Nodding, I walk back towards the sofa I was previously on while saying "Well, for my first wish, I want the ability to move through space and time without limits, including through worlds." Surprisingly, he actually nods and says "Acceptable. Good wish by that way." Honestly, I expected him to deny that one. Though, I am thankful considering I don't have a backup.

Before I could sit back down on the incredibly comfortable sofa, he raised a hand and said "Well, it's been fun! Hopefully, I won't see you anytime soon! Bye bye~!"
