Chapter 81

A man came walking across the bar carrying a chair and sat it at the end of their booth.

"Figured I'd come cheer you lovely ladies up," he propositioned.

"Not a good time," Kathrine snipped.

"I'm married, and she's engaged," Sarah added angrily.

"Is that any way to treat a man with free drinks?" the man asked as he waved to the waitress.

"WE'RE NOT INTERESTED!" Kathrine yelled, and her fangs started to descend.

"Well, I guess the cat's out of the bag," Sarah grinned.

"Cute," Kathrine replied.

"We might as well get started," Sarah stated, standing up.

"I thought we were waiting for someone?" Kathrine was confused.

"No, he's already here, I just wanted to talk to you for a little while. If Paul's not already dead, then he's bait to lure you in. Judging by the fact that you think he's alive. I'm voting for bait." Sarah started walking to the door, where she sat on the last stool. "This one's all you, Kathrine."

Kathrine walked over by Sarah.

"Which one?" Kathrine asked.
