TWO PATROLS WERE already on the scene when Peter and Rosie arrived. They crouched several yards from a squat apartment building, where two Hunter Guards were braced on either side of the front door. Two more guards were around the side of the building. One lay on the ground, groaning. The other held the first's hand, rattling off requests for medical support into her helmet.
"Looks like we missed the start of the show," Peter muttered. "Think the target's fully Developed?"
"Might be," Rosie replied. "Could be a beefy little squirt. Ye can never tell 'till they're on ya."
