Marva Dale is the pen name for author Debra McReynolds.  Retired from the public relations field, Debra now spends her free time indulging in her passion for writing.  "I used to fill my school notebooks with stories," Debra relates, "and then add artwork to go along with them.  My second grade teacher, Mrs. Daley, predicted that I would be a writer one day."
A fan of the mystery genre, she enjoys crafting tales with a twist of suspense, a touch of romance, and a bit of humor.

With a much-needed spike of energy thanks to last night's lovemaking, Liberty came into the office earlier than usual, even before Brandon made his usual appearance around eight-fifteen and Corey at eight-thirty.The office officially opened at nine, and Liberty often came in a little after that, if she didn't have a date in court.But this morning, she felt ready to tackle the day with a fresh slate, with exuberant determination and a renewed sense of purpose.


To compliment her jubilant, springy mood she wore her sleeveless serge dress of bright lemon with a turtleneck collar in front and an open teardrop back, pairing the dress with her six-inch wedge sandals of taupe and white, and her largest gold hoop earrings.She even added the tan woven purse her mother bought her a few years back with its gaudy display of colorful straw flowers.Gaudy, kitschy and bright seemed to be in style now.
