Sam looked over her shoulder and saw the French Foreign Legion appear on the screen. "Why is that a bad thing? At least we know where he went then. We just need to follow up and see if he's still there, right?"
"You don't understand. When you enter the French Foreign Legion, you give up your identity, everything. Your name, social, birthday, everything. You take on a new persona. It's almost impossible for me to find someone once they've chosen this path." Lisa sighed heavily, not wanting to give up but helpless to go any further. "But we know he's out of there now because he called looking for you. We need to find him currently."
Sam sat beside her and put his head down. She reached over and rubbed the back of his neck, ran her hands down his back as she felt his sinewy muscles.
"I'm sorry, Sam. To come this far and know so little. But I'm not going to give up. Not yet. We still have some things we can do."
"Like what?" Sam asked, never lifting his head.
