He smiled as he looked at my card. "Well, actually, I don't have just one contract lawyer at the moment. I've been with a corporation, and I get a different lawyer every time. Very impersonal." He let out a deep breath. "But I'd rather go to one person that I can trust."


I nodded. "If I can do anything for you, please let me know."


He chuckled as he shook his head. "What are the chances of meeting a contract lawyer when I need one?"


I laughed. "I was just thinking the same thing."


What seemed like minutes later, we touched down smoothly in New York and the pilot threw the engines into reverse, shoving me back against the seat until we finally came to a stop and taxied to the jetway.
