Chapter 31: She Doesn't Have His Tattoo

ZIGGY'S POV:

I'm trying to understand what the hell is going on. Nothing that has happened in the last few minutes makes even the remotest bit of sense.

How the f*ck is Creed in the hospital?

The others are so focused on the fact that Clover is leaving that none of them feel the need to explain either, which is a f*cking p*ss take.

"Step on it," Nash tells Jett. "F*ck the speed limit."

Weirdly, Jett doesn't argue with him. Normally that sentence would lead to a massive argument about road safety and back seat driving but not today. Today, Jett does as Nash says.

"Will someone tell me what the hell is going on?" I say from where I'm sitting in the backseat with a stone faced Rigby.

"No time," Jett says.

"There's plenty," I argue. "We're over thirty minutes away from the airport."

I look between the three guys. Rigby is staring out the window, clearly ignoring me. Jett's eyes are focused on the road. It's Nash that replies to me.
