Chapter 320: A Sucker for Clichés

Tallulah's POV:

Most of my days are spent at the gallery, showing off the art work on display and I've never been happier. Usually when people say things like that, I think their either delusional or they're just a sucker for clichés.

I've never been happier?

It sounds crazy, but it's true.

I've been working at the gallery for a couple of weeks now and it's everything I had hoped it would be. I'm still attending the support group too. But it's not the job or the group that has me so happy. No, it's all the other clichés in my life. It's the guy I think I've loved since the first moment I saw him. It's the idea of marrying him, promising him forever, even though I'm not sure forever exists.

Call me naive but Jarrod makes me believe the clichés and those precious clichés have me smiling nonstop.

When my boss, a thirty something woman, called Jackie asks me what I'm working on in passing one day, I blush.
