Chapter 437: Kids Don't Just Disappear

Georgia's POV:

The next morning, I wake to the sound of the shower running.

There's a steamy mug of coffee on the bedside table next to my alarm clock. Stretching, I sit up and reach for the mug, breathing in its rich aroma.

The shower stops and less than three minutes later, Walker is walking out of the en-suite and into our bedroom with a towel wrapped around his waist. As always, he looks far too good. So good in fact that it's almost criminal that we have to go to work.

"Morning," he says, raising his eyebrow, letting me know he's caught me gawking.

Not that I feel guilty at all. What girl in her right mind wouldn't enjoy the sight of him?

It's then that I notice the towel in his hand that he's using to dry his hair. That small, controlled movement causes his stomach muscles to tighten and I have to gulp in a huge breath to try and clear my head.

Standing to my feet, I brush past him and enter the bathroom, without saying anything.
