Tony Ryan is a British author, based in Hong Kong, whose previous jobs include being a police officer, English teacher and magazine editor. 

It has always been his dream to have a novel published, so after catching the bug with his debut fiction novel, Ramus, there will surely be more to follow.

He is a strong advocate of mental health awareness and hopes to assist in reducing the stigma against those suffering with any MH condition.

RAMUS

Sergeant Allard, DC Jain and a sector inspector, Inspector Baron, stared at the print-out. It was many pages long, with a criminal history dating back to the 1970s. Gerald, as he was formerly known, was now locked in a cell with his head in his hands. He had not moved for nearly half an hour. The police officers were engaged in a serious discussion.


"He needs to be further arrested," Baron told the other two men. "Then he needs to go to straight back to prison. No passing go and no collecting ?200. Nice work, Saj."


"Thanks boss. But what about the misper? We need to go back to the house and search it. The bloke's clearly got form for being dangerous. Anything could have happened."
